Reflections about the integration of global challenges into higher education future programs: Application in the field of ICT security

The paper deals with focusing on EIE higher education to future European and global challenges. There are available many studies oriented to future challenges, future research methodologies and future intelligence systems, but what is evident, all of them report area of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as future challenge area. La Universidad de Valencia ha implementado desde 2012 un Sistema de Evaluación y Acreditación de Tutores de Pasantías Externas (SEATPE) a través de su Fundación Universidad-Empresa, ADEIT, bajo la dirección del Vicerrector de Empleo y Programas Formativos. Los objetivos principales de este sistema son mejorar la calidad de la tutoría de pasantías externas implementando mecanismos para reconocer el buen trabajo de los tutores y aumentar el compromiso de las empresas y entidades con la capacitación práctica de nuestros estudiantes. International audience; The Bologna process has contributed to redefining the concept of employability in higher education policies. In parallel, the professionalisation movement of French higher education has become more pronounced, notably through the development of work placements within the university curricula. In this article, we propose to re-examine the definition of employability of the ‘dominant’ discourse which is strongly centred on a competency-based approach and individualisation. AbstractIn this study, we used the institutional logics perspective to identify the logics underpinning the tenure track career system, how the logics manifest themselves in recruitment and performance management and how academic leaders and academics negotiate between the logics. The study contributes to research on governance dynamics in academia and to universities’ organisational transformation in the context of strategic actorhood. La investigación en docencia en dirección de operaciones: Tendencias y retos

[EN] Purpose: The objective is to analyse research in Operations Management (OM) teaching published in high impact journals in the area in order to examine trends and set future challenges. Design/methodology/approach: A bibliometric study was carried out of 45 of the main JCR OM and Management journals for the 1995-2010 period. The 129 articles identified on research in OM teaching were analysed. Findings: There is a dearth of articles on teaching in the main OM and Management journals.
