The Unification of Italy represented a political, educational and mathematical turning point; leading researchers worked to raise both the mathematical and political standard in Italy through their active role in the reform of the Italian educational system at the secondary as well as at the university levels. One of the aims was to adapt the elementary books of mathematics to the progress of mathematics, through the translation of new works too. O objetivo deste estudo é evidenciar a evolução das investigações em educação em ciências no contexto Ciência-Tecnologia-Sociedade voltada para CTSA e Sustentabilidade no último par de décadas (1995–2014), no meio Ibero-americano. Taking into account the disinterest of the students in secondary and university education towards physics, this communication proposes a teaching form, based on the approach, science, technology and society (STS) that develops from the disciplinary interaction of the physics with forensic science. Based on the above, a didactic unit was designed that articulates physical concepts to contextual elements of traffic accidents. This communication shows an action carried out with a group of 62 students on the degree of kindergarten teachers in the field of sustainability training. a survey open format was intended to inquire about their perceptions of what it means for them and they sustainability, and the actions needed to achieve sustainable development actions was used. The initial findings of the study show that teachers in training participant, has an incomplete and biased knowledge on sustainable development and on the players that must be involved in finding solutions and actions to implement. ISCHE, which is the leading organization in the field of history of education in the world, was founded in 1979 in Leuven, Belgium. The initiators to establish the organization were scholars mainly from Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany and the UK.
