W niniejszej pracy do szacowania kosztów działań informacyjnych pośredników w obrocie nieruchomościami wykorzystano metodę TDABC. W celu przedstawienia i analizy działań informacyjnych posłużono się algorytmem w postaci schematu blokowego. W algorytmie tym zawarto charakterystykę zmiennych (tzw. nośników działań) oraz opisy działań informacyjnych realizowanych przez pośredników. Poszczególne opisy wzbogacono o zmienne mające bezpośredni wpływ na czas ich realizacji, a także średnie czasy ich wykonania. Let X be an open set in R n and suppose that f : X → R n is a Sobolev homeomorphism. We study the regularity of f −1 under the L p -integrability assumption on the distortion function Kf . First, if X is the unit ball and p > n−1, then the optimal local modulus of continuity of f −1 is attained by a radially symmetric mapping. We show that this is not the case when p 6 n − 1 and n > 3, and answer a question raised by S. Hencl and P. Koskela. Second, we obtain the optimal integrability results for |Df −1 | in terms of the L p -integrability assumptions of Kf . peerReviewed

Let be an open set in ℝn and suppose that is a Sobolev homeomorphism. We study the regularity of f–1 under the Lp-integrability assumption on the distortion function Kf. First, if is the unit ball and p > n – 1, then the optimal local modulus of continuity of f–1 is attained by a radially symmetric mapping. We show that this is not the case when p ⩽ n – 1 and n ⩾ 3, and answer a question raised by S. Hencl and P. Koskela. Second, we obtain the optimal integrability results for ∣Df–1∣ in terms of the Lp-integrability assumptions of Kf.

The present article aims to examine critically Laclau’s claim that the trend toward social heterogenization revokes the Dialectic, or, more specifically, the clear and strict line of demarcation between what falls within the Dialectic and what falls outside of it. Polemicizing with the assumption of this reading, I argue that the appearance of a radical heterogeneity rather exposes the undecidability of relations between the Dialectic and what is a heterogeneity. Tutkielmassa analysoidaan nuortenfantasiasarjojen Elina Rouhiaisen Susiraja (2012–2015) ja Annukka Salaman Faunoidit (2012–2014) homorepresentaatioita homostereotyypin, -arkkityypin ja -narratiivin käsittein. Tutkielma on queer-feministinen.Tutkielman tärkeitä käsitteitä ovat queerin hyödykkeenomaisuus, heteroystävällisyys ja kompensoiminen. Tutkielma pyrkii kyseenalaistamaan homostereotyyppisten hahmojen vahingollisuuden. Kohdeteosten homohahmoja käsitellään stereotypian, sosiaalisten suhteiden ja seksuaalisuuden näkökulmista.
