Con la sentenza 8 maggio 2014, causa C-15/13, la Corte di giustizia si è trovata per la prima volta a valutare la figura del c.d. “in house orizzontale”. Con tale termine, come specificato anche nelle Conclusioni dell’Avvocato Generale Mengozzi del 23 gennaio 2014 (cfr. punto 25), si intende la conclusione di un contratto tra un’amministrazione aggiudicatrice e un soggetto aggiudicatario che non siano legati da alcuna relazione di controllo diretto, ma che siano sottoposti al controllo analogo di una medesima istituzione, a sua volta aggiudicatrice ai sensi della direttiva 2004/18, e realizzino la parte più importante della loro attività a favore della loro istituzione comune.

The activated sludge models have been modified in order to consider on – site emissions from nitrification and denitrification, in particular. The biological nitrogen removal processes have been mainly assessing due to nitrous oxide (N2O) production as intermediate. Experiencing Authenticity at Alvar Aalto’s Experimental House

Experiences of authenticity are studied at Alvar Aalto’s Experimental House – today a modern house museum – which has gone through renovations and changes. Visitors were interviewed to find out how they feel about the authenticity of the place, if the changes affect their experience of authenticity, and if they share the same opinions. A review of the literature on the concept of authenticity is carried out and its implications for museum contexts is considered, and then the research questions are answered by analysing 30 interviews of visitors to the Experimental House.

The biographical character of this formation makes this the individual’s “Unique Worldview Construction” (UWC). The purpose of this theoretical study is to analyse the dynamic relationship between the individual and her own UWC. It describes more how than what he believes in or denies.
