La ética del discurso es un óptimo fundamento para la ética cívica de una sociedad moralmente pluralista, pero siempre que no se contente con su dimensión procedimental, sino que saque a la luz su dimensión cordial. Sólo que entonces pasa de ser ética del discurso a ethica cordis. Celem tekstu jest analiza przemian w sferze obrony praw człowieka w Izraelu i na Palestyńskich Terytoriach Okupowanych. Rozdział rozpoczyna się od zarysowania zjawiska, jakie niektórzy komentatorzy określają mianem „putinizacji" Izraela. Następnie omawia się dławienie pokojowego oporu wobec okupacji ziem palestyńskich. Kolejny podrozdział skupia się na kryminalizacji działań obrońców praw człowieka. Ostatnia część dotyczy traktowania niektórych Izraelczyków jako wrogów swego narodu. W podsumowaniu zwraca się uwagę na negatywne czynniki, które osłabiają demokrację w Izraelu.
Skargowość skazanych jako nowa forma "walki z systemem"

Artykuł oscyluje wokół zagadnienia skargowości skazanych, głównie tej w wymiarze instrumentalnym. Stosując sondaż diagnostyczny, opracowano trzy narzędzia badawcze. Dzięki temu zgromadzono informacje na temat przedmiotu skarg oraz przyczyn ich tworzenia. Celem badań było wypracowanie optymalnych działań mogących przyczynić się do minimalizacji zjawiska tworzenia skarg o charakterze instrumentalnym. W ostatniej części zawarto egzemplifikacje dla praktyki penitencjarnej, wskazując kierunki pracy ze skazanymi, zwłaszcza tworzącymi skargi pozbawione wartości merytorycznej. Ponadto przedłożono prawidłowości mogące przyczynić się do wskazania niespójności przepisów prawa z praktyką penitencjarną.

Among many aspects to the question of whether democracy is exportable, this contribution focuses on the role of the people, understood not as a unitary actor but as a heterogeneous set: the citizens. The people matter, in a different way, both in the countries to which democracy might be exported and in the democratic countries in which the question is about promoting democracy elsewhere.
