L'Application des stratégies de lecture à l'analyse d'un article du magazine français Marianne

Työ käsittelee vieraalla kielellä lukemisen strategioita pohjautuen ranskalaisessa aikakauslehdessä Mariannessa julkaistuun artikkeliin. Lukemisen strategoihin liittyen esitellään skeemat, globaalit ja lokaalit strategiat sekä lokaaliassosiaatio. Mariannen artikkelin pohjalta esitellään sanoja ja sanontoja, joita suomalaisen lukijan on vaikea ymmärtää, erityisesti on keskitytty puhekielen ilmauksiin. Synteesiosassa esitetään, miten aiemmin esiteltyjä lukemisen strategioita voi hyödyntää etsittäessä tuntemattomien sanojen ja sanontojen merkitystä.

Työn tavoitteena oli selvittää, miten lukion ranskan lyhyen oppimäärän 3. ja 4. kurssien oppikirja Escalier 2 opettaa ääntämistä. Ääntäminen oli tutkimusaiheena kiinnostava, sillä se luo pohjan suulliselle ilmaisulle. Puhujan kieliopillisesti oikea viesti ei välttämättä välity halutunlaisena, mikäli ääntämisessä on liian suuria puutteita. Oletuksena oli, että kirjassa keskityttäisiin erityisesti suomenkielisille oppijoille hankaluuksia tuottavien ranskan fonetiikan piirteiden opettamiseen. CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) -opetus eli vieraskielinen opetus tähtää sujuvaan kommunikaatioon ja monipuoliseen kielenkäyttöön ja tuo mukanaan uudenlaisia haasteita eriyttämisen saralle. CLIL on kohtalaisen uusi metodi Suomessa, eikä yksittäisiä opetuksen osa-alueita kuten eriyttämistä ole tutkittu sen osalta kovinkaan laajalti. Eriyttäminen antaa jokaisella oppilaalle mahdollisuuden kehittyä omalla lähikehityksen vyöhykkeellään ja siksi eriyttämistä on tärkeää tutkia myös vieraan kielen kannalta CLIL-opetuksessa. Research on emotions has yielded many theoretical perspectives and many concepts. Yet, most scholars have focused on how emotions influence the transformation and maintenance of teacher identities in the field of teacher education and novice teachers, with little research being conducted on either experienced or foreign language teachers. This study explores emotions in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) teachers’ work and their role in identity negotiation. AbstractTruth-relativism is the claim that the truth of statements is dependent on the context in which they are made. In this article, truth-relativism is considered as a way to explain disagreements. Viewpoint relativism, a recent version of truth-relativism, is introduced as a useful framework to analyse how truth-relativism approaches disagreements. Viewpoint relativism is based on contextual semantics and the logic of viewpoint, which is a two-dimensional modal logic. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar la virtuosidad percibida en organizaciones escolares y las diferencias por tipo de centro educativo (fiscal, municipal); sexo (mujer, hombre) y rol (estudiantes, docentes). Se trató de un estudio instrumental basado en el análisis de la estructura factorial y la fiabilidad de un cuestionario para evaluar virtudes percibidas en escuelas (VPOE); y, de un estudio descriptivo transversal que analizó diferencias por sexo, rol y tipo de organizaciones escolares con relación a las virtudes percibidas. Transfection of lipoma cells with papilloma bovine virus subgenomic fragment.

Abstract Lipoma cells with consistent chromosomal aberration have been transfected with plasmids carrying papilloma bovine virus subgenomic fragment (PBV 69). The succesful transformation of the cells was ascerted on the changed growth pattern of the cells in liquid medium, colony formation in soft agar and modified cell appearrance in electron microscopy; transfection with PBV 69 has not been, however, sufficient to immortalize lipoma cells.
