Nell’ambito della giustizia penale differenziata, il giudizio abbreviato si inserisce nel solco dei procedimenti speciali deflativi del dibattimento. Riformato dalla l. n. 499/1999, esso presenta caratteristiche del tutto nuove rispetto all’impianto originario, costituendo oggi un modello deflativo dall’accesso automatico: all’imputato, infatti, è riconosciuto un vero e proprio diritto a rinunciare al contraddittorio per la prova in cambio di un apprezzabile effetto premiale in caso di condanna.

Il volume raccoglie (e largamente rielabora) sei saggi dedicati ad altrettanti momenti della vita e dell'attività di Ranieri Calzabigi (1714-1795), figura centralissima della storia operistica settecentesca. In particolare vengono ricostruiti in dettaglio il primo e il secondo soggiorno napoletano (capitoli I e IV), che si collocano agli estremi della parabola esistenziale e professionale del librettista di Gluck. Fautes musicales et fautes textuelles dans les lais lyriques transmis par les chansonniers du Roi (M) et de Noailles (T)

In this contribution we shall present some anomalies in the musical notation of the anonymous lyric lais transmitted by French chansonniers M and T (i.e. Kievrefoil, Markiol and Nompar), which share the same source, and to which a recently discovered chansonnier fragment (Bo) can be added. The plural attestation of these heterostrophic texts allows to nuance the strict notion of musical error, advocated by John H. Marshall for this very corpus. Finally, we discuss an interesting case (Nompar, str. X) where musical notation can effectively help the reconstruction of a text corrupted in both witnesses.

Tra i «Problemi redazionali» emersi in fase di controllo e organizzazione dei materiali giunti dalla campagna di rilevamenti dell’Atlante Linguistico del Mediterraneo (ALM), Berruto (1971-1973) rileva la proliferazione e l’eterogeneità di alcune scelte grafemiche operate da diversi raccoglitori che, impegnati in una trascrizione più o meno puntuale delle risposte ottenute, avevano interpretato e risolto variamente alcune delle indicazioni previste nel sistema di trascrizione fonetica che accompagnava il Questionario. Settore L-FIL-LET/12 - Linguistica ItalianaAmong the «Editorial problems» that emerged during the control and organization of the materials coming from the survey campaign of the Atlante Linguistico del Mediterraneo (ALM) Berruto (1971-1973) notes the proliferation and heterogeneity of some graphemic choices made by different field researchers. As they were engaged in a more or less punctual transcription of the answers obtained they had interpreted and solved differently some of the directions provided in the phonetic transcription system that accompanied the Questionnaire. The picture relating to the transcription of some consonants of the palatal sector had emerged as particularly complex since the graphemes (and the corresponding phones) foreseen in the original system (ALM 1959) were insufficient. Not even the 1971 updates meant to improve the representation of some phonetic features emerged from the investigations in the operations of Response reviewing allowed to obtain a clear homogeneous picture regarding the «plosive palatal» consonants. With regard to the phonetic trait under scrutiny I have already had the opportunity to propose a path aiming to the achievement of possible operational solutions. This has taken place in view of the planned simplification / homologation and transcoding phase from the ALM original system to the IPA one - while proceeding from the examination of the Schedoni’s current state with regard to the surveys referring to central-southern Italy Corsica and Sicily (see Matranga 2019). The scope is now to investigate the same phonetic trait as proven in the materials about the surveys carried out by Lirak Dodbiba in the ALM’s three Albanian points.

Tra la fine dell’Ottocento e gli anni Trenta del Novecento, alcuni Italiani immigrati negli Stati Uniti – quali, fra gli altri, Bernardino Ciambelli, Italo Stanco, Garibaldi Marto Lapolla, Louis Forgione, nonché il sodalizio letterario costituito da Michael Fiaschetti e Prosper Buranelli – si sono cimentati nel genere del poliziesco con alcuni testi che, partendo da alcune delle caratteristiche tipiche del Mystery, quali la serializzazione e l’incardinamento della fabula in uno specifico contesto urbano, insieme ad alcuni degli elementi caratteriali dei personaggi dell’Hard boiled non perdono mai di vista la peculiare ‘missione’ di denuncia politica, economica e sociale. Taking the political and social problems as the primary key of their works these writers want to remove the defamatory role attributed by the public opinion fomented by the press to Italian immigrated community. Their works don’t have the main intent to stage detectives that can solve a case or unmask a culprit but rather they aim to denounce social distortions corruption and injustices suffered by an entire community and not least to indicate the picture of what on the contrary that same society could have been.
