Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selventää yhteyttä sisäisen viestinnän ja strategian välillä. Tutkimuksella selvitettiin, millainen on henkilöstön kokemus sisäisestä viestinnästä, millaiset tekijät siihen vaikuttavat ja minkälainen on henkilöstön kokemus strategiasta ja sen synnystä. Following short-term culture, Langerhans cells mature morphologically and functionally into potent immunostimulatory cells. As regulation of gene expression accompanies this maturation process, it is likely that differentially expressed genes are involved in the maturation events. Using the recently described method of differential display, we generated cDNA expression patterns starting with mRNA of murine epidermal Langerhans cells isolated either directly (fLC) or following 3 d cultivation (cLC). Abstract Introduction The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive behavioural therapy interventions for insomnia (CBT-I) to that of a sleep hygiene intervention in a randomized controlled design among shift workers. We also studied whether the features of shift work disorder (SWD) affected the results. Methods A total of 83 shift workers with insomnia disorder were partially randomized into a group-based CBT-I, self-help CBT-I, or sleep hygiene control intervention. Abstract Hypothesis Doxorubicin hydrochloride (DX) is one of the most powerful anticancer agents though its clinical use is impaired by severe undesired side effects. DX encapsulation in nanocarrier systems has been introduced as a mean to reduce its toxicity. Micelles of the nonionic triblock copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and poly(propylene oxide) (PPO) (PEO-PPO-PEO), are very promising carrier systems. The positive charge of DX confines the drug to the hydrophilic corona region of the micelles. Sports teams as complex adaptive systems: manipulating player numbers shapes behaviours during football small-sided games

Small-sided and conditioned games (SSCGs) in sport have been modelled as complex adaptive systems. Research has shown that the relative space per player (RSP) formulated in SSCGs can impact on emergent tactical behaviours. In this study we adopted a systems orientation to analyse how different RSP values, obtained through manipulations of player numbers, influenced four measures of interpersonal coordination observed during performance in SSCGs.
