Hubotit - melkein ihmisiä (Äkta Människor, Ruotsi 2011-) tuo pohjoismaiseen televisiofiktioon tieteisfiktion tutut teemat kuten ihmisen ja koneen risteymät sekä kuolemattomuuden. Teknologisen kehityksen takana tieteisfiktiossa piilee usein, ellei jopa aina, kysymyksiä kehityksen vaikutuksesta ihmisyyteen. Education for all : the hazard within fragile states

Currently, over a third of children not in school live in countries considered being as fragile. These countries, which are mainly located in sub-Saharan Africa, will not reach the objectives of Education For All for 2015. This thesis covers approaches across comparative education, political science and sociology of organizations. It explores empirically the condi¬tions of achievement of EFA within the contexts of fragility. Despite its ambiguities, the notion of fragile states was adopted in 2005 as an operational concept by most of aid agencies. Authoress of the article analyses personal identity on an ethnic borderland. Personal identity among other things is an ability to answer following questions: „Who am I, Where am I from?”. Borderland is multiethnic, multicultural and multilanguage area, where defining an unit is especially difficult in the period of nationalistic conflicts. Authoress is considering personal identity on example of Óndra Łysohorsky – Czech regional poet of Silesia, who in the thirties of 20th century was declaring controversial opinion about existence of Lachian nation speaking Lachian language.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest dziedzictwo kulinarne w kontekście wybranych elementów kultury religijnej. Omówiono przykłady promocji konkretnych potraw, wzorów żywieniowych nawiązujących do postaci określonych świętych (św. Jacka, św. Jana Pawła II) czy miejsc kojarzonych z przestrzeniami sakralnymi (klasztory, sanktuaria). W ostatnich latach można zaobserwować, iż tego typu praktyki promocyjne są często spotykane, korzysta z nich wiele instytucji i środowisk, np.: parafie, właściciele lokali gastronomicznych, samorządy gminne, stowarzyszenia itp., które są organizatorami różnorodnych imprez o zasięgu lokalnym i regionalnym (konkursy, jarmarki, festyny itp.).
