Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rekomendacji dotyczących zwiększenia stopnia dopasowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w kontekście sytuacji szkolnictwa zawodowego w Opolu. Tekst oparty jest na wynikach badania przeprowadzonego przy użyciu papierowych formularzy (PAPS). W badaniu wzięło udział 10 z 13 placówek prowadzonych przez gminę Opole, w których odbywa się edukacja zawodowa młodzieży, w tym wszystkie technika oraz 3 zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe pierwszego stopnia. Badanie dotyczyło oferty badanych instytucji oraz ich wkładu w zaspokajanie potrzeb rynku pracy (liczba i struktura absolwentów). Respondenci zostali poproszeni o ocenę swoich zasobów edukacyjnych. There is huge scientific interest in the neuropeptide oxytocin (OXT) due to its putative capacity to modulate a wide spectrum of physiological and cognitive processes including motivation, learning, emotion, and the stress response. The present review seeks to increase the understanding of the role of OXT in an individual’s vulnerability or resilience with regard to developing a substance use disorder. Goals and guesses as reference points: a field experiment on student performance

In this paper, we study overconfidence and goal-setting in academic performance, with and without monetary incentives. Students enrolled in a microeconomics course were offered the possibility of setting their own target grade before taking part in the final exam. They were also asked to guess their grade immediately after they had taken the exam (“post-diction”). In general, students overestimated their performance, both at the goal-setting and at the post-diction stages. This work investigates the temporal statistical structure of time series of electric field (EF) intensity recorded with the aim of exploring the dynamical patterns associated with periods with different human activity in urban areas. The analyzed time series were obtained from a sensor of the EMF RATEL monitoring system installed in the campus area of the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. The sensor performs wideband cumulative EF intensity monitoring of all active commercial EF sources, thus including those linked to human utilization of wireless communication systems. Przedmiotem artykułu jest moczka – jedna z charakterystycznych i najstarszych śląskich potraw wigilijnych, której tradycja spożywania sięga drugiej połowy XIX w. Traktowana jako wykwintny deser, podawana jest zazwyczaj na końcu uroczystej kolacji wigilijnej. Podstawą analizy są materiały pozyskane w trakcie badań terenowych prowadzonych w latach 2019–2021 na Górnym Śląsku, w dwóch województwach: śląskim i opolskim. Autorka omawia zasięg występowania dania, funkcjonujące nazwy, produkty wchodzące w jej skład, a także konsumpcję w różnych grupach wiekowych oraz nowe praktyki zwyczajowe mające wpływ na jej współczesny odbiór. Moczka stanowi interesujący przykład dziedzictwa kulinarnego Śląska.
