Determinants of Prescription Opioid Use : Population‐Based Evidence from Finland

Background and aims Previous studies have shown that prescription opioid use is more common in the socioeconomically disadvantaged communities in the US. This study examined the area and individual‐level determinants of prescription opioid use in Finland during the period 1995‐2016. Design Logistic regression analysis using nationwide data on filled opioid‐related prescriptions dispensed at Finnish pharmacies and covered by the National Health Insurance. Šī pētniecības darba mērķis ir aplūkot to, kā soda noteikšanas principus, nosakot vainīgajai personai soda veidu un mēru, ievēro tiesu praksē. Darbā autore pēta kritērijus, kas ir ņemami vērā pie soda veida un soda mēra noteikšanas, pēc 2013. gada 1. aprīļa, kad stājās spēkā 2012. gada 13. decembra likums “Grozījumi Krimināllikumā” un kā tie tiek ievēroti tiesu praksē. Computing a hierarchical clustering of objects from a pairwise distance matrix is an important algorithmic kernel in computational science. Since the storage of this matrix requires quadratic space with respect to the number of objects, the design of memory-efficient approaches is of high importance to this research area. In this paper, we address this problem by presenting a memory-efficient online hierarchical clustering algorithm called SparseHC. SparseHC scans a sorted and possibly sparse distance matrix chunk-by-chunk. The photophysical and DNA-binding properties of the cationic zinc(II) complex of 5-triethylammonium methyl salicylidene ortho-phenylenediiminato (ZnL 2 + ) were investi- gated by a combination of experimental and theoretical methods. DFT calculations were performed on both the ground and the first excited states of ZnL 2 + and on its possi- ble mono- and dioxidation products, both in vacuo and in selected solvents mimicked by the polarizable continuum model.
