Lajianalyysini tarkoituksena on kuvailla lajin kehittymistä sen varhaishistorian alkuvaiheista tämän päivän harrastetuimpaan kamppailulajiin ja kertoa, mitkä ovat lajin ominaispiirteet ja fyysiset, psyykkiset, teknis-taktiset ja biomekaaniset vaatimukset. Olympiatyylin nyrkkeilyn säännöt ovat vaihdelleet viimeisen kahdenkymmenen viiden vuoden aikana useaan kertaan sekä arvostelukäytännön että erämäärien ja erän keston suhteen. Tavoitteena on ollut parantaa lajin turvallisuutta ja saada luotettavampia ottelutuloksia. Pasaulē pieaug Clostridium difficile izraisītu infekciju (CDI) izplatība un smaguma pakāpe, virulentu C.difficile celmu izplatības dēļ. Terapijā un CDI kontrolē ir būtiska ticama toksinogēnu C.difficile diagnostika (TCDD) un informācija par to antibakteriālo jutību. Darba mērķis bija izvērtēt TCDD metožu ticamību, tās salīdzināt un raksturot C.difficile antibakteriālo jutību, nosakot minimālo inhibējošo koncentrāciju (MIC). Management of shallow lagoons and salt marsh environments usually requires use of numerical models in order to understand the hydrodynamic characteristics of these basins.
