Genome-wide association study identifies multiple risk loci for chronic lymphocytic leukemia

Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have previously identified 13 loci associated with risk of chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL). To identify additional CLL susceptibility loci, we conducted the largest meta-analysis for CLL thus far, including four GWAS with a total of 3,100 individuals with CLL (cases) and 7,667 controls. The growth of China-led minilateral initiatives mostly of a regional character has challenged the main multilateral institutions of the Western order and, ultimately, US authority. Faced with a progressive delegitimation of the institutional architecture that it promoted after World War II, the US, under the Obama administration, has acted to defend the existing main multilateral institutions of the order (UN, IMF, WB and WTO), attributing them with a strategic role. Penicillium lanoso - viride AMP dezamināzes ietekme uz citokīnu izmaiņām pēc lielu devu I.V. ievadīšanas pelēm

Adenilāta dezamināze (AMPD) ir glikoproteīns, kas ir dabisks sēņu izcelsmes imūnmodulators. To producē mikroskopiska sēnīte Penicillium lanoso - viride. Iepriekšējie pētījumi parādīja, ka attīrīts imūnmodulators AMPD uzrāda in vitro un in vivo aktivitāti, tai skaitā pozitīvu ietekmi uz brūču dzīšanu grauzējiem. Maģistra darba pētījumā tika izvērtēta ietekme uz citokīnu, limfocītu, neitrofilu un temperatūras izmaiņām pēc AMPD lielu devu i.v. ievadīšanas ICR peļu tēviņiem. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda uz AMPD īslaicīgu imūnstimulējošo iedarbību, pastiprināti inducējot citokīnu sekrēciju, limfocītu un neitrofilu skaita izmaiņas 4h pēc AMPD i.v. ievadīšanas pelēm. At present all world countries are seeking to attract the cheapest way of public resources needed to cover budget deficits. This paper aims to review the five alternatives for external funding of countries faced with insufficient public funds to the state budget. It focuses on the possibilities of financing with borrowed resources. The financing alternatives are presented from the perspective of Romania's access to them, with comparative references to other European Union member states. International funding alternatives are: loans from the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, European Commission, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank.

Problēmas būtība. Hroniskā limfoleikoze ir visbiežāk sastopama leikoze pieaugušo populācijā. Tā raksturojas ar heterogēnu slimības gaitu un progresijas ātrumu. Mūsdienās slimības prognoze tiek noteikta pēc Rai un Binet klasifikāciju stadijām, taču šīs klasifikācijas nesniedz informāciju par slimības progresijas ātrumu.
