Suomen ulkomaankaupan kasvu 1600-1800 -luvuilla : juutinrauman tullitilien uudelleenarviointi

Työn tavoite on yhtenäistää Juutinrauman tullitiliaineistoja ja arvioida tullitilien käytettävyyttä Suomen ulkomaankaupan tutkimuksessa. Yhtenäistettyjen aikasarjojen pohjalta voidaan myös tarkastella Suomen – aikaisempaan tutkimukseen verrattuna pidemmän – pitkän aikavälin ulkomaankaupan kehitystä. Työssä rakennetaan uusi Suomea koskeva tietokanta FIN-STRO. Taustateoriana on siten lähtökohtaisesti ankkuroitua teoriaa (aineistopohjainen teoria, grounded theory) muistuttava lähestymistapa. Tutkimus hyödyntää Juutinrauman tullitilejä, joita laadittiin v. 1497–1857. Puuttuva tieto on ongelma terveystutkimuksissa, koska tutkimukseen osallistujat ja ei-osallistujat usein eroavat toisistaan. Puuttuvuuden mallintaminen on tärkeää, jotta tuloksia pystyttäisiin korjaamaan ja jatkossa ottamaan mallinnettu puuttuvuus paremmin huomioon tutkimusta suunnitellessa. Myös Kansallinen FINRISKI-tutkimus kärsii puuttuvuudesta, sillä tutkimuksen osallistumisprosentti on laskenut jatkuvasti. Tutkimus on Terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin laitoksen väestötutkimussarja, jonka tavoitteena on seurata kansantauteja ja niiden riskitekijöitä Suomessa sekä tarkkailla suomalaisten terveydentilaa. Introduction: Acute pericarditis is an inflammatory condition causing the occurrence of pericardial effusion. In a third of patients, the disease is recurrent. First line treatment of idiopathic pericarditis consists in non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and colchicine; glucocorticoids represent the second line treatment in resistant or intolerant cases. Measurements of independent fission yield distributions in neutron-induced fission at high neutron energies are important for our fundamental understanding of the fission process, and are also relevant for reactor physics applications. So far, measurements of independent fission yields in proton-induced fission have been performed at the IGISOL facility at the University of Jyväskylä, using the Penning trap as a high resolving-power mass-filter. In order to also facilitate measurements of neutron-induced fission, a dedicated ion guide and a proton-to-neutron converter was developed. Penning-trap mass measurements on 92, 94-98, 100Mo with JYFLTRAP

Penning-trap measurements on stable 92, 94-98, 100Mo isotopes have been performed with relative accuracy of \ensuremath1⋅10−8\ensuremath1⋅10−8 with the JYFLTRAP Penning-trap mass spectrometer by using 85Rb as a reference. The Mo isotopes have been found to be about 3keV more bound than given in the Atomic Mass Evaluation 2003 (AME03). The results confirm that the discrepancy between the ISOLTRAP and JYFLTRAP data for 101-105Cd isotopes was due to an erroneous value in the AME03 for 96Mo used as a reference at JYFLTRAP. The measured frequency ratios of Mo isotopes have been used to update mass-excess values of 30 neutron-deficient nuclides measured at JYFLTRAP. peerReviewed

First isomeric yield ratio measurements by direct ion counting and implications for the angular momentum of the primary fission fragments

We report the first experimental determination of independent isomeric yield ratios using direct ion counting with a Penning trap, which offered such a high resolution in mass that isomeric states could be separated. The measurements were performed at the Ion Guide Isotope Separator On-Line (IGISOL) facility at the University of Jyvaskyla. The isomer production ratios of Ge-81, Y-96,Y-97 Sn-128(,1)30, and Sb-129 in the 25-MeV proton-induced fission of U-na(t) and Th-232 were studied. Background and Objective: Only a few studies have reported long-term efficacy of interleukin (IL)-1 inhibition in systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) and adult-onset Still disease (AOSD). Herein we report on the effectiveness of anakinra (ANA), expressed in terms of drug retention rate (DRR), and evaluate the predictive factors of drug survival in a cohort of patients with sJIA and AOSD.
