Porównywanie rozliczalności władz na poziomie gminnym - problem pomiaru w świetle doświadczeń z badań w województwie opolskim

Rozliczalność jest jedną z centralnych zasad dobrego rządzenia, a istnienie mechanizmów rozliczalności uznaje się za warunek dobrych rządów. W artykule rozliczalność jest rozpatrywana w kontekście gminnym, a jego celem jest przedstawienie problemów związanych z pomiarem rozliczalności. Zaproponowano również pięć obiektywnych wskaźników poziomu rozliczalności w gminie. Korzystając z doświadczeń badawczych w województwie opolskim, autor dochodzi do wniosku, że choć istnieje wiele mechanizmów rozliczalności władz gminnych, pojawia się problem zdobycia systematycznych danych, które pozwoliłyby na ilościowe różnicowanie gmin pod kątem poziomu rozliczalności. Sulfonilurea preparātu farmakoģenētika cukura diabēta ārstēšanā

Darba aktualitāte: Otrā tipa cukura diabēta (2TCD) prevalence pieaug gan Latvijas, gan pasaules mērogā. Pacientiem ir nepieciešama personalizēta pieeja, kas labāk ļautu sasniegt terapijas mērķi un izvairīties no komplikācijām. Sulfonilurea (SU) preparāti ir viena no visbiežāk izmantotajām perorālo antidiabētisko preparātu klasēm, tāpēc ir būtiski apzināt šo preparātu individuālos efektus. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot, vai SU preparātu farmakoģenētika ietekmē 2TCD pacientu ārstēšanas rezultātu. Galvenais visu D vitamīna metabolītu saistīšanas vai transportēšanas proteīns ir GC gēns. GC gēna ģenētiskās variācijas ir saistītas ar dažādām autoimūnām slimībām, kā 1. tipa cukura diabētu (1TCD) dažādās populācijas. GC gēna polimorfismi rs4588 un rs7041 tiek pētīti kā potenciāli 1. tipa cukura diabēta ietekmējoši faktori. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija analizēt GC gēna viena nukleotīda polimorfisma (SNP; single nucleotide polymorphism) rs4588 A>C un rs7041 T>G asociāciju ar 1. tipa cukura diabētu Latvijas populācijā. Weak C-H...[pi] inter­actions between the 4'- and 5'-meth­oxy groups and neighbouring benzene rings [meth­oxy-C-ring centroid distances = 4.075 and 3.486 Å, respectively] connect the layers.

Introduction: Irritable bowel syndrome with constipation is associated with higher rates of functional impairment, as compared to other subtypes of the syndrome. Conventional laxative-based pharmacologic therapy of IBS-C, which is mostly symptom-based, is often unsatisfactory. Tenapanor represents a first-in-class orally available inhibitor of NHE3, which is minimally absorbed in the GI tract, what constitutes a significant therapeutic benefit, as it may act on the drug target.
