Gripas vīrusa hemaglutinīna peptīdu attīrīšana, strukturālā izpēte un imunoloģiskās īpašības

Gripas vīrusa mažorais virsmas antigēns hemaglutinīns (HA) ir primārais vīrusa neitralizējošo antivielu mērķis. HA stiebrs jeb stalks ir strukturāli konservatīvs proteīna domēns, kas šobrīd raisa plašu interesi kā potenciāls universālas gripas vakcīnas kandidāts. Darba ietvaros tika analizēti divu HA apakštipu (H1 un H3) stalka peptīdi, kas savstarpēji pārklājas C galā, – 57 aminoskābju garais peptīds 1 un N-galā pagarinātais 72 aminoskābju garais peptīds 2. Se presenta el estudio de un total de cinco yacimientos localizados en el tramo superior del Riu de les Coces (Alt Maestral, Castellón). Partiendo de los problemas derivados de la naturaleza de la información manejada se aborda su contextualización en el marco de la secuencia arqueológica y del hábitat del Holoceno inicial en el Maestrazgo y en el contexto regional. Los resultados obtenidos permiten por un lado, relativizar la idea de una secuencia local continua e ininterrumpida desde el Magdaleniense superior hasta el Mesolítico Reciente, y por otro. la sucesión de dos modelos diferentes de ocupación del territorio.

This paper examines the academic performance depending on the evaluation and rating system used in the university. The sample under study consists of 30 subjects -taught by 35 professors to 2192 students from 7 different degrees at 14 universities of all Spain-. The results confirm that continuous assessment is the one that best results not only in terms of rate of return and success rate but also in terms of grades. This article aims to understand how principals perceive collective competences in their schools’ shared leadership contexts. Collective competences are crucial in shared leadership but have not been widely explored within educational leadership studies. This study investigates collective competences through two intersected models: attribute and relational models. La aplicación del programa Sidgeipa en la excavación de urgencia realizada en el yacimiento de La Colata (Montaverner, Valencia), ha permitido documentar de forma rápida y fiable, casi un centenar de estructuras negativas, de diversa tipología y atribución cronológica.
