La thèse que nous présenté vise, à partir de l’analyse des épaves des navires de commerce romains de la Méditerranée occidentale, à définir des « familles architecturales » à partir de critères significatifs constituant autant de «signatures architecturales » caractéristiques d’une même origine. Baltā āboliņa Trifolium repens L. populācijas ģenētiskās daudzveidības noteikšana

Baltais āboliņš (Trifolium repens L.) ir plaši pārstāvēts gan pilsētvidē, gan ārpus tās. Darba mērķis bija noteikt baltā āboliņa Latvijas populācijas ģenētisko daudzveidību, izmantojot iPBS (inter primer binding sites) uz retrotranspazoniem balstītu metodi, un ploiditāti, izmantojot plūsmas citometrijas metodi. Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti starp 3 augu paraugkopām – urbānā vide (Rīgas pilsētas teritorija), dabiskā vide (Latvijas novadu teritorijas) un selekcionētais materiāls giganteum šķirne „Daile”. Darbā analizēti 86 baltā āboliņa DNS paraugi. iPBS metodē izmantoti divi specifiski praimeri 2076 un 2079. PCR produkti analizēti 1,7% agarozes gelā. Konstatēti 107 lokusi, iegūtie rezultāti …

Baltā āboliņa Trifolium repens L. ģenētiskās daudzveidības noteikšana Eiropas populācijās

Maģistra darba mērķis ir baltā āboliņa (Trifolium repens L.) ģenētiskās daudzveidības izpēte Eiropas populācijās, izmantojot iPBS (inter primer binding site) metodi un plūsmas citometrijas metodi (nosakot relatīvo kodola DNS daudzumu lapās). Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti starp 176 baltā āboliņa lapu paraugiem 6 dažādās populācijās - Latvijas, Polijas, Čehijas, Austrijas, Šveices un Grieķijas. Ģenētiskā līdzība starp populācijām ir salīdzinoši augsta, tā ir robežās no 86% līdz 97%, kas norāda uz dažādu Eiropas populāciju savstarpēju līdzību un zināmām ģenētiskām atšķirībām starp tām, kas skaidrojams ar ārējas vides ietekmēm katras populācijas izplatības arealā. Baltais āboliņš (Trifolium repens L.) ir tauriņziežu dzimtas augs, plaši izplatīts gan pilsētvidē, gan ārpus tās. Tas tiek izmantots kā lauksaimniecības augs biomasas iegūšanai, un tā ir arī populāra daudzgadīgos zālienus veidojošā suga - pilsētvidē balto āboliņu sēj zālājos. Baltais āboliņš plaši pārstāvēts dažādos biotopos ar mainīgu ārējo faktoru ietekmi, tai skaitā pilsētvidē. Tādēļ tas ir piemērots modeļobjekts antropogēnās ietekmes pētīšanai.
