Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi pētīt pedagoģiskā darba organizēšanas īpatnības un pedagoģiskos paņēmienus jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu izziņas darbības sekmēšanai. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas. Teorētiskajā, balstoties uz tādu zinātnieku atziņām kā Ž. Piažē, I. Strazdiņa, P. Tandons & A. Tovars, Ļ. Vigotskis, L. Vengers, A. Ļeontjevs, V. Muhina, S. Čugunova u.c., pētīts izziņas darbības jēdziens un izziņas darbības attīstības likumsakarības jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Teorētiskās daļas ietvaros tiek veikts spēkā esošo pirmsskolas izglītības vadlīniju un vēsturiskās versijas, kā arī pirmsskolas mācību programmas jaunākās un vēsturisko versiju salīdzinājums…

Šajā diplomdarbā tika izpētīti nosacījumi iekļaujošās izglītības un iekļaujošās politikas veidošanā pirmsskolā. Tika apzināti galvenie normatīvie dokumenti, kā arī apzināti un analizēti jaunākie pētījumi par pirmsskolas izglītību un iekļaujošo politiku. The Incubation Process for the Creation of Viable Firms: The Case of ARCA Consortium

Purpose of the study. The process of creation of new firms is particularly complex when it starts from very innovative ideas that may be not understood by the stakeholders of the firm. The aim of this study is to demonstrate that academic incubators play a key role for firms’ viability. Methodology. We analyze the effectiveness of the incubation process that takes place in the incubator of Consorzio Arca, by means of a single case study with embedded design. Findings. The effectiveness of the incubation process is demonstrated by the high number of spin-offs that, after incubation, are able to stand alone in the market and to find the consonance with the relevant supra-systems. OBJETIVO: Avaliar a validade fatorial e de construto da versão brasileira do "Cuestionario para la Evaluación del Síndrome de Quemarse por el Trabajo" (CESQT). MÉTODOS: O processo de versão do questionário original do espanhol para o português incluiu as etapas de tradução, retrotradução e equivalência semântica. Foi realizada análise fatorial confirmatória e utilizados modelos de equações estruturais de quatro fatores, similar ao da estrutura original do CESQT. A amostra foi constituida de 714 professores que trabalhavam em instituições de ensino da cidade de Porto Alegre, RS, e região metropolitana 2008. Development of the Parents' Perception of their Involvement in their Child's Tennis Activity Questionnaire (Q-PPICTA)

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a questionnaire for assessing parents' perception of their involvement in their children's tennis activity (Q-PPICTA). The validation required four successive studies. In study 1, a preliminary version of the questionnaire was formulated after selecting and adapting items taken from existing questionnaires and interviews conducted with the parents of 36 young tennis players. Three factors for measuring parental involvement in sport were identified and retained: emotional, logistic, and informational supports.
