En el presente trabajo se describen los aspectos fundamentales de la teoría tipológica del alcoholismo de Cloninger, y el apoyo empírico con que cuenta la misma en la investigación actual. A pesar de algunos aspectos críticos que presenta la clasificación de Cloninger, los datos parecen apoyar la existencia de dos tipos básicos de alcoholis¬mo: uno caracterizado por un inicio tardío, menores complicaciones y disfunciones psicológicas, y mejor pronóstico (Tipo I) y otro caracterizado por la presencia de precursores genéticos, inicio más temprano, mayor severidad clínica y peor diagnóstico (Tipo II). La adolescencia es un periodo de tiempo que sucede entre la edad adulta y la infancia, en la que tienen lugar numerosos cambios a nivel biológico, psicológico y social (Carrascosa, 2019; Castillo, 2004; Maccoby, 1983; Martínez, 2016; Martínez et al., 2012; Motrico et al., 2001; Quintian-Bustos et al., 2020). Šajā darbā tika salīdzinātas divas metodes HBV serdes antigēna veidoto vīrusveidīgo daļiņu (VVD) attīrīšanai no iepakotajām nukleīnskābēm – metode kapsīdu disociācijai ar GuHCl un sārmu hidrolīzes metode. Darbā aprakstīti un analizēti abu attīrīšanas metožu posmi un izdarīti secinājumi par attiecīgo attīrīšanas metožu efektivitāti. Tāpat tika raksturotas ar abām attīrīšanas metodēm iegūtās HBV G genotipa serdes antigēna VVD, nosakot to morfoloģiju (elektronu mikroskopija, dinamiskā gaismas izkliede) un spēju pakot raksturotas funkcionālas nukleīnskābes – CpG oligonukleotīdus, bakteriofāga dsRNS un DTxA mRNS. Composition and antibacterial activity of the essential oil ofAnisochilus carnosus (Linn. ?l.) Benth., a Tamil plant acclimatized in Sicily

The essential oil from aerial parts of Anisochilus carnosus (Linn. fil.) Benth. (Lamiaceae) was obtained by hydrodistillation. The oil content was 0.13% (v/w), on a fresh weight basis. The oil composition was analysed by GC and GC–MS and 28 compounds were identified, accounting for 94.3% of the oil. Carvacrol (27.9%), camphor (14.1%) and α-cis-bergamotene (10.2%) were the most abundant components. The oil is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Reaction of the diarylgermylene Ge(ArMe6)2 [ArMe6 = C6H3-2,6-(C6H2-2,4,6-(CH3)3)2] with tert-butyl isocyanide gave the Lewis adduct species (ArMe6)2GeCNBut, in which the isocyanide ligand displays a decreased C–N stretching frequency consistent with an n → π* back-bonding interaction. Density functional theory confirmed that the HOMO is a Ge–C bonding combination between the lone pair of electrons on the germanium atom and the C–N π* orbital of the isocyanide ligand. The complex undergoes facile C–H bond activation to produce a new diarylgermanium hydride/cyanide species and isobutene via heterolytic cleavage of the N–But bond. peerReviewed

Relationship between authors’ keywords in journal papers and indexing terms in databases ISOC, IME and ICYT

The keywords provided by authors in their scientific articles and the descriptors assigned to those articles in various databases are analysed to find out the role played by these keywords during the indexing process. In order to do that, 108 periodical publications proportionally distributed between Social Sciences and Humanities (36 journals), Science and Technology (36) and Medical and Health Sciences (36) were selected. Ten articles were selected from each of the 108 journals from different years, so that we worked altogether on 1080 articles meeting two conditions: including keywords and being indexed in the databases ISOC, ICYT or IME.
