Fytokromit ovat punaista valoa aistivia proteiineja, jotka säätelevät suurta joukkoa solun toimintoja kasvi-, bakteeri- ja sienisoluissa. Nämä valoaktiiviset proteiinit muuntavat konformaatiotaan palautuvasti aktiivisen (Pfr) ja inaktiivisen (Pr) tilan välillä. Fytokromien aminohappojen väliset heikot vuorovaikutukset - etenkin vetysidokset - vaikuttavat lopulta laskostumiseen ja proteiinin lämpöstabiiliuteen. Fytokromit esiintyvät homodimeerisinä rakenteina, joiden monomeerit koostuvat useista domeeneista. Darbā tiks apskatīta lielākā no kriptovalūtām Bitcoin un tās statistiskās īpašības. Tākā kriptovalūtai piemīt daudzas valūtai raksturīgās īpašības, to var uzsskatīt par finanšu instrumentu. Šajā darbā tiks izklāstīts, kā izveidot optimālu portfeli, pielietojot plašāk pazīstamās portfeļu optimizācijas metodes.
An Innovative Coupling Solution for Power Line Communication in MV Electrical Networks

One of the main problems in the diffusion of power line communication (PLC) in medium voltage (MV) networks is the need of a dedicated PLC coupler to be installed all over the network. To avoid this problem, the authors have studied, prototyped and patented an innovative PLC coupling solution which uses electrical elements embedded in most of the switchgears already installed in MV networks, i.e. the capacitive dividers of the voltage detecting systems (VDS). In this paper, we examine instances of the methods pupils deploy to do language policy in an English as a foreign language classroom in Sweden, where there is a locally practised English-only rule. Although we exemplify some more tacit methods of constructing a monolingual classroom (Slotte-Lüttge 2007), we focus primarily on instances where pupils police other pupils and on occasion even the teacher, when they are perceived not to be upholding the rule. Z metodologicznego punktu widzenia podstawę do badań stanowią: biografia autorki oraz jej zakorzenienie w historii myśli wczesnego romantyzmu niemieckiego. W myśl wczesnych romantyków, a w szczególności Novalisa, Huch dążyła do swoistej syntezy między faktami historycznymi a sposobem postrzegania rzeczywistości przez piszącego artystę – ten jednocześnie myśląc o jemu współczesnych, kieruje się zamysłem pedagogicznym, którego nadrzędnym celem jest przestrzeganie zasad humanitaryzmu w społeczeństwie.
Turve- ja metsätalouden vaikutukset kahden metsäjärven surviaissääskiyhteisöihin : paleolimnologinen tutkimus

Tutkielmassa selvitettiin turve- ja metsätalouden vaikutuksia Martinjärven ja Iso Kivijärven surviaissääskiyhteisöihin paleolimnologisen menetelmän avulla. Järvien sedimenttiprofiileita tarkasteltiin viimeisen 400 vuoden ajalta. Järvet ovat pieniä, matalia humusjärviä ja sijaitsevat Keski-Suomessa Keuruulla vierekkäisillä valuma-alueilla. Surviaissääskiyhteisöjen muutosten perusteella tutkittiin järvien rehevyystason ja humoosisuuden muutoksia ennen ja jälkeen metsätalouden ja turvetuotannon aloittamista. Soiden laajamittainen ojitus metsätalouden käyttöön alkoi 1960-luvulla molempien järvien valuma-alueilla. Martinjärven valuma-alueella aloitettiin lisäksi turpee…
