Tutkimukseni aiheena on selvittää kuntaliitoskeskusteluun kuuluvien käsitteiden vaikutusta kuntaliitosten toteuttamiseen ja kuinka käsitteet ovat vaikuttaneet poliittiseen diskurssiin ja toimintaan kuntaliitoksissa viimeisen noin 40 vuoden aikana virallisten tahojen ja tekstien kautta. Tutkimuksessa kuntaliitoskeskustelua tarkastellaan 1960-luvulta 2000-luvulle. Varsinainen analyysi jakautuu kolmeen päälukuun. Ensimmäinen käsittää ajanjakson 1960- ja 1970-luvut, toinen 1980-luvun ja osan 1990-luvusta. The outcomes of the discussion in the four working sessions showed that although there is an urgent need to improve soil carbon management and stocks, and despite the existing knowledge about good agricultural practices to achieve this goal, these are not put into practice effectively and globally. The apparent contradiction has to do with a mismatch of policies at different societal and geographical scales, and the low policy profile of SOC. All participants agreed in the need to bring SOC into the core of environmental policies at all levels and to improve the governance of policy actions by addressing the stakeholders in a more effective way. Monitoring cropland phenology from optical satellite data remains a challenging task due to the influence of clouds and atmospheric artifacts. Therefore, measures need to be taken to overcome these challenges and gain better knowledge of crop dynamics. The arrival of cloud computing platforms such as Google Earth Engine (GEE) has enabled us to propose a Sentinel-2 (S2) phenology end-to-end processing chain. The visual mismatch negativity (vMMN) response is an event-related potential (ERP) component, which is automatically elicited by events that violate predictions based on prior events. VMMN experiments use visual stimulus repetition to induce predictions, and vMMN is obtained by subtracting the response to rare unpredicted stimuli from those to frequent stimuli. One increasingly popular interpretation of the mismatch response postulates that vMMN, similar to its auditory counterpart (aMMN), represents a prediction error response generated by cortical mechanisms forming probabilistic representations of sensory signals.
