When referring to migrants, the collective representation sees them as recipients of services offered by the third sector and not, in the first instance, as actors actively engaged in associative processes. Addressing the issue of the relationship between migrants and the third sector implies, therefore, proposing a change of perspective that leads to think of migrants (also this rather wide category) not as direct beneficiaries, as victims in need, but as protagonists actively engaged in the institutions or as collaborators, experts, employees, therefore paid, or as volunteers, free of charge.

Quando si fa riferimento ai migranti la rappresentazione collettiva li vede come soggetti destinatari dei servizi offerti dal terzo settore e non in prima istanza come attori impegnati attivamente nei processi associativi. Affrontare il tema del rapporto tra migranti e Terzo settore comporta pertanto proporre un cambio di prospettiva che porti a pensare ai migranti (anche questa categoria piuttosto ampia) non come beneficiari diretti come vittime bisognose ma come protagonisti attivamente impegnati negli enti o come collaboratori esperti dipendenti quindi retribuiti o come volontari a titolo gratuito.

Rodents are the most abundant group of small mammals occurring in Brisighella deposits. They are represented by 12 species in total, among which 2 hamsters (Apocricetus cf. barrierei and Ruscinomys cf. lasallei), 2 dormice (Muscardinus sp. and Myomimus sp.), 1 porcupine (Hystrix (Hystrix) depereti), 2 sciurids (Atlantoxerus cf. rhodius and Hylopetes sp.) and 5 species of muridae (Apodemus cf. gudrunae, Centralomys benericettii, Occitanomys sp, Paraethomys meini and Stephanomys debruijni). This association suggests a relatively dry open environment, interrupted by forest environment with more or less dense underground.

I roditori sono il gruppo di micromammiferi più abbondante presente a Brisighella. Sono presenti 12 specie in totale: due cricetidi (Apocricetus cf. barrierei e Ruscinomys cf. lasallei) due gliridi (Muscardinus sp. e Myomimus sp.) un istrice (Hystrix (Hystrix) depereti) due sciuridi (Atlantoxerus cf. rhodius e Hylopetes sp.) e ben cinque specie di muridi (Apodemus cf. gudrunae Centralomys benericettii Occitanomys sp. Paraethomys meini e Stephanomys debruijni). Questa associazione suggerisce un ambiente aperto relativamente arido intervallato da spazi di foresta secca con sottobosco più o meno fitto.

Teachers and inclusion: an empirical survey on specialist training for support teachers

This paper illustrates the results of an empirical-experimental research conducted as part of the Specialization Course for support activities, held at the University of Palermo in the academic year 2016/17. The survey, concerning the effectiveness of training courses for teachers for the development of active learning, involved 450 teachers and had the main objective of investigating whether there was an actual increase in specific professional skills functional to school inclusion among those who attended the course. competenze fondamentali per il processo di inclusione di ciascun allievo.Il contributo illustra gli esiti di una ricerca empirico-sperimentale condotta nell’ambito del Corso di Specializzazione per le attività di sostegno tenuto presso l’Università degli Studi di Palermo nell’a.a. 2016/17. L’indagine che si situa nell’ambito della problematica relativa alla efficacia dei percorsi formativi destinati ai docenti per lo sviluppo di un apprendimento attivo ha coinvolto 450 insegnanti e ha avuto l’obiettivo di indagare se vi sia stato un effettivo incremento di specifiche competenze professionali funzionali all’inclusione scolastica tra coloro che hanno conseguito la specializzazione. Tämän julkaisun ensimmäisessä osassa selvitetään erilaisia mahdollisuuksia hyödyntää bio- ja puukaasun ohella muodostuvaa hiilidioksidia ja erityisesti sen hyötykäyttöä kasvihuoneympäristössä. Toisessa osassa käsitellään kuivamädätysteknologiaa sekä siihen liittyviä käyttökokemuksia kirjallisuuteen ja henkilökohtaisiin haastatteluihin pohjautuen. Julkaisun tarkoituksena on tukea uusiutuvaan energiaan liittyvää tutkimus- ja kehittämistoimintaa.

Knee arthroplasty until age 60 : role of sports and other injuries

BACKROUND: The primary aim of the study was to investigate how total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients with underlying injuries differ in injury type and physical activity after the arthroplasty. METHODS: A questionnaire was sent to TKA patients, < 60 years at surgery, and knee injury as the cause of knee OA. The final study group consisted of 70 patients. RESULTS: Average age of patients at TKA was 51.8 years (Standard Deviation [SD] 5.2), and at follow-up 57.6 years (SD 6.5). Of the injuries, 26% were sports-related, 29% had occurred at work, 23% in traffic accidents, and 13% during leisure-time (no sports-related). The activity area-based curriculum model (AACM) is used in the Finnish basic education to support pupils—most of whom have profound intellectual and multiple disabilities (PIMD)—who could benefit more from skills that advance independent life coping.
