Les expertises dans le domaine du vin : cas du concept de vin de garde

2010

Wine expertise : the case of "vin de garde" concept. This work aimed to investigate different types of knowledge and skills involved in wine expertise. This work is based on the “vin de garde” concept, we first broadened the study of this concept, and we identified gustatory (astringency and acidity) and olfactory (woody, burnt, vanilla and prune notes) clues used by wine professionals from Bourgogne to judge the aging potential of red wines from Bourgogne. The expertise is investigated through two studies. In the first study, we examined if the environment in which professionals practise leads to specific perceptive skills and conceptual knowledge regarding wines with an aging potential. W…

Teologiczne typy bizantyjskich ikon maryjnych

2021

PICTORIAL-C LANGUAGE FOR THE HERMIA-MACHINE

1992

The design and implementation of algorithms on multi-processors machines is hard. The paper describes the general features of the Pictorial C Language (PICL) that is oriented to image analysis. Its integration in the software environment of the HERMIA machine, and the handling of the related interconnecting network topology is also given.

Mononuclear lanthanide single molecule magnets based on the polyoxometalates [Ln(W5O18)2]9- and [Ln(beta2-SiW11O39)2]13- (Ln(III) = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, T…

2009

The first two families of polyoxometalate-based single-molecule magnets (SMMs) are reported here. Compounds of the general formula [Ln(W(5)O(18))(2)](9-) (Ln(III) = Tb, Dy, Ho, and Er) and [Ln(SiW(11)O(39))(2)](13-) (Ln(III) = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb) have been magnetically characterized with static and dynamic measurements. Slow relaxation of the magnetization, typically associated with SMM-like behavior, was observed for [Ln(W(5)O(18))(2)](9-) (Ln(III) = Ho and Er) and [Ln(SiW(11)O(39))(2)](13-) (Ln(III) = Dy, Ho, Er, and Yb). Among them, only the [Er(W(5)O(18))(2)](9-) derivative exhibited such a behavior above 2 K with an energy barrier for the reversal of the magnetization of 55 K. …

ChemInform Abstract: Lanthanide Macrocyclic Complexes: From Molecules to Materials and from Materials to Devices.

2014

In the present review, we show how the chemistry of lanthanide macrocyclic complexes, which began almost 50 years ago in Russia, is still very active. Additionally to bisphthalocyanines complexes, triple-decker, but also quadruple- and quintuple-decker complexes have been synthesized via new chemical routes. The driving force for the development of this chemistry arises from the wide range of possible applications. Owing to their very high conductivity, compared to that of monophthalocyanines, LnPc2 and Ln2Pc3 complexes are used as molecular semiconductors in electronic devices. The radical nature of LnPc2 complexes makes them easily oxidized and reduced. This is the reason why they are par…

Characterization of thin film CIG(S,SE)2 submodules using solar simulator and laser beam induced current techniques (Versione estesa)

2015

In this work, the electrical and optical characterization of CIG(S, Se)2 sub-modules using both a solar simulator equipment and the Laser Beam Induced Current (LBIC) technique is presented. By using the solar simulator and a proper set-up, the electrical parameters of the modules at varying irradiance and temperatures are determined. In addition, the LBIC measurements are carried out to analyze the 2D photocurrent uniformity of the modules at two different wavelengths. Dispersion values of extracted parameters can be very useful for practically tuning the modelling stage at device/module level.

Some aspects of pulsed laser deposition of Si nanocrystalline films

2009

International audience; Nanocrystalline silicon films were deposited by a picosecond laser ablation on different substrates in vacuum at room temperature. A nanocrystalline structure of the films was evidenced by atomic force microscopy (AFM), optical and Raman spectroscopies. A blue shift of the absorption edge was observed in optical absorption spectra, and a decrease of the optical phonon energy at the Brillouin zone centre was detected by Raman scattering. Early stages of nanocrystalline film formation on mica and HOPG substrates were studied by AFM. Mechanism of nanocrystal growth on substrate is discussed.
