Riflessioni sul giudizio di parificazione dei rendiconti regionali

2020

The Italian Court of Auditors (“Corte dei conti”) has jurisdiction and authority to the equalization judgement (“giudizio di parificazione”) of fiscal statements of Italian Regions, which appears as an exam on the legitimacy/rightness of the ways applied by the regional administrations in the construction of their general audit reports taking into consideration the comparison with those decisions assumed in the budget and the adjustments pursuant to the applicable fiscal rules. Therefore, the equalization judgement consists in a check of correspondence, that is to say in the assessment of the variances that, considering the equilibria set forth in the budget, emerge from the final reports, …

Reliability and Retention Study of Nanocrystal Cell Array

2002

We have studied nanocrystal memory arrays with 2.56 × 105 cells (256kb) in which Si nanocrystals have been obtained by CVD deposition on a 4nm tunnel oxide. The cells in the array are programmed and erased by electron tunneling through the SiO2 dielectric. We find that the threshold voltage distribution has little spread. In addition the arrays are also very robust with respect to drain stress and show good retention.

Model of ageing inception and growth from microvoids in polyethylene-based materials under AC voltage

2008

Several degradation mechanisms may affect polymeric insulation system reliability. Some authors postulate that, even in a perfect dielectric, nanoscale cavities can enlarge due to various mechanisms (from mechanical fatigue to lowering of the degradation reaction energy barrier) up to a point where highly energetic phenomena, which bring about breakdown, can be incepted. Other authors are more focused on the inherent limits of manufacturing processes, which leave cavities within the insulation system whose size is large enough to cause electron avalanches, thus a measurable partial discharge (PD) activity, from the time the system is put in service or as a function of external factors (e.g.…

CiNetStrain - Wireless Strain Gauge Network - Calibration and Reliability Measurements

2013

Wireless sensor networks can be extended to include numerous different sensing devices. Strain gauges are the most common nondestructive sensing elements for measuring surface strain. This paper discusses the design, for the wireless CiNet network, of a strain gauge measurement system, which would make strain measurements more flexible while opening new targets of application in addition to those that traditional wired strain measuring systems can offer. The calibration and validation of the wireless strain measurements as well as energy consumption issues are also brought under observation.

Rilievi fenomenologici sull'identità dei generi, nella prospettiva dell'educazione / Phenomenological Findings on Gender Identity, in the Perspective…

2015

Three-Dimensional Superconducting Nanohelices Grown by He+-Focused-Ion-Beam Direct Writing

2019

Novel schemes based on the design of complex three-dimensional (3D) nanoscale architectures are required for the development of the next generation of advanced electronic components. He+ focused-ion-beam (FIB) microscopy in combination with a precursor gas allows one to fabricate 3D nanostructures with an extreme resolution and a considerably higher aspect ratio than FIB-based methods, such as Ga+ FIB-induced deposition, or other additive manufacturing technologies. In this work, we report the fabrication of 3D tungsten carbide nanohelices with on-demand geometries via controlling key deposition parameters. Our results show the smallest and highest-densely packed nanohelix ever fabricated s…

Sensing properties of ZnO nanostructured layers

2017

Nanostructured ZnO layers have been deposited onto SiO 2 /Si substrates by spray pyrolysis, with previously patterned interdigitated gold electrodes. We have then measured the capacitive and resistive response against ambient parameters such as relative humidity and illumination.
