The aim of this dissertation is to throw light on the development of teaching and learning Slovak in the new language learning environment. New developments in teaching led to the design of an experimental e-learning course in Slovak based on the philosophy of dynamic learning and using the metaphor of climbing a mountain for learning Slovak. When studying music, skills are often practised with a teacher, face-to-face, in a classroom. What are the experiences of classroom teacher trainees when music teaching becomes asynchronous, i.e., an individually completed online course? This question, among other things, was explored at a Finnish University's Teacher Education Department in autumn 2020, resulting in the production of a two-credit online music course on the Moodle learning environment. As enterprises focus increasingly on core competencies, the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing between organisations is greatly enhanced. This article examines the development of knowledge sharing during the initial exploratory stages of an emerging business network. We demonstrate how the business model can serve as a tool for spanning organisational boundaries. Euroopan unionin ammatillisen koulutuksen kehittämiskeskuksen (Cedefop) johtama CareersNet -verkosto järjesti yhteistyössä Tšekkien EU-puheenjohtajuuden kanssa 18.-19. joulukuuta 2022 verkkokokouksen, jonka teemana oli jatkuvuus ja epäjatkuvuus elinikäisessä ohjauksessa ja ohjauksen toimintapolitiikassa. EU:n jäsenmaissa CareersNet -verkostoon kuuluu Cedefopin nimeämä asiantuntijataho, jonka tehtävänä on koota elinikäisen maakohtaisia perustietoja ohjauksen järjestelyistä yhteisesti sovitun jäsennyksen mukaisesti.
