El artículo señala el paso de la violencia biopolítica del liberalismo a la crueldad necropolítica del neoliberalismo contemporáneo cuya ignorancia de los límites y su barbarie contra la naturaleza, nos aboca hacia un futuro sin futuro. Nesting problems are two-dimensional cutting and packing problems involving irregular shapes. This thesis is focused on real applications on Nesting problems such as the garment industry or the glass cutting. The aim is to study different mathematical methodologies to obtain good lower bounds by exact procedures and upper bounds by heuristic algorithms. The core of the thesis is a mathematical model, a Mixed Integer Programming model, which is adapted in each one of the parts of the thesis. Pro Gradu -tutkielman tavoitteena oli tutkia Real Option Analysis -metodin sopivuutta start-up yhtiön investoinnin arvonmääritykseen. Jotta tutkimuskysymykseen saatiin vastaus, tuli myös case-yhtiön liiketoimintasuunnitelma selvittää ja edelleen mitkä ovat liiketoiminnan potentiaaliset rahavirrat, joihin arvonmääritys perustuu. Tutkimusmenetelmä oli kvantitatiivinen case-tutkimus ja tutkimusmetodi oli konstruktiivinen ja deskriptiivinen. Perinnebiotoopit ovat perinteisen karjatalouden synnyttämiä monimuotoisia niittyjä ja puustoisia luonnonlaitumia, joita ylläpitää niitto tai laidunnus. Perinnebiotooppien määrä on vähentynyt rajusti maatalouden tehostumisen myötä. Merkittävin uhanalaistumisen syy on perinnebiotooppien umpeenkasvu laidunnuksen ja niiton loputtua, mutta myös pellonraivaus ja metsittäminen ovat hävittäneet perinnebiotooppeja runsaasti. Perinnebiotooppien hoitomenetelmät perustuvat niittoon ja laidunnukseen sekä tarvittaessa alkuraivaukseen. Perinnebiotooppien hoitoon voi saada maatalouden ympäristökorvausta. En este artículo, se realiza un análisis estadístico de la desigualdad digital en España a partir de una operacionalización de las tres brechas digitales más relevantes: (1) accesibilidad a los dispositivos TIC; (2) competencias y habilidades digitales; y (3) prácticas digitales y formas diferenciales de uso. La metodología es cuantitativa, basada en la última oleada (2018) de la encuesta sobre equipamientos tecnológicos en el hogar del INE (TIC-H), a partir de la cual se ha desarrollado un análisis comparativo por género, edad, nivel de estudios, situación laboral y tipo de hábitat residencial. New insight on metal finds of the Punic Ship of Lilibeum

In this paper, the investigation of some finds (two nails, a head and a long shaft nail, and a fragment of Lead sheathing) belonging to the wreck of the Punic ship and exhibited at Museo Archeologico Regionale Lilibeo (Trapani, Italy), is reported. The X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF) allowed us to identify the elements constituting them making some discussion deductions about their composition and degradation occurred.

Background: The STEP 5 trial (NCT03693430) investigated once-weekly (OW) subcutaneous semaglutide 2.4 mg vs placebo for the treatment of overweight/obesity in adults over 2 years. Methods: Adults w ith B MI ≥ 3 0 k g/m2, or ≥27 kg/m2 and ≥ 1 weight-related comorbidity, without diabetes, were randomized 1:1 to semaglutide 2.4 mg OW or placebo for 104 weeks. Co-primary endpoints related to body weight (BW) changes.
