Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of switching to etanercept treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who already responded to infliximab, but presented side effects. Methods: Charts of 553 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were retrospectively reviewed to select patients who responded to the treatment with infliximab and switched to etanercept because of occurrence of adverse effects. Clinical data were gathered during 24 weeks of etanercept treatment and for the same period of infliximab treatment before infliximab was stopped. Alcuni temi discussi con riguardo agli indicatori sociali sono, quindi, richiamati pur senza analizzare la varietà e la specificità degli apparati definitori e dei sistemi classificatori reperibili nella vastissima letteratura. Una particolare attenzione è rivolta all''analisi del rapporto fra indicatori e costruzione delle scale, che si conclude con l''illustrazione di un esempio, ancora in progress, che mette in risalto la distanza che tuttora separa volontà conoscitiva e fattibilità operativa.
Communication Health Check : Measuring Corporate Communication Performance

A Communication Health Check, based on an existing tool for measuring communication quality, was customized for Finnish companies and supporting software was developed to create an online tool. A pilot measurement procedure was performed in a medium-sized company based in the country’s capital, Helsinki. The aim was to see if the tool would be useful in the Finnish context, and whether a benchmarking function or further customization would be preferred. The aim of this paper was to investigate the interactive effects of contextual variables on the attacking style of play in professional soccer. 5849 team possessions from 40 random matches from Spanish La Liga and English Premier League 2017-2018 were analysed by means of multidimensional observation. Multilevel multivariate logistic regressions showed that home teams had higher odds of implementing fast attacks (p<.05) and lower odds of implementing direct attacks (p<.05) than combinative attacks. Beyond 5G networks will be fundamental towards enabling sustainable mobile communication networks. One of the most challenging scenarios will be met in ultra-dense networks that are deployed in densely populated areas. In this particular case, mobile network operators should benefit from new assessment metrics and data science tools to ensure an effective management of their networks.
