Lack of sustainability is one of the problems in information system (IS) implementation in developing countries, such as Indonesia. More specifically, this is the case in eGovernment implementation. Using an interpretive research stance in a case study of the eProcurement system in the public sector, the study reveals that the concept of information infrastructure (II) can be used to understand the sustainability issue. Two species of the genus ParaethusJ. A. Lis, 1994 (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Cydnidae: Cydninae: Geotomini) are transferred to ProlactistesJ. A. Lis, 2001, resulting in the following new combinations: Prolactistes jani(J. A. Lis, 1995), comb. nov., and Prolactistes lisi(Magnien, 2014), comb. nov. Diagnostic characters for Prolactistes, and a key for its three species are provided. The present note also reports the first Indonesian record for Prolactistes australisJ. A. Lis, 2001 (Ambon Island, Timor) and P. lisi(Ambon Island), both known previously only from Australia.

Recognition of the importance of evidence-based technological tools that provide personalized learning opportunities is growing. This paper reports on a pilot study evaluating GraphoLearn for Standard Indonesian, a digital game environment that trains basic reading skills by extensive-but-playful exposure to grapheme–phoneme correspondences. The results obtained from 33 Indonesian first graders show that game progress was found to be a significant predictor of reading and decoding abilities both at the posttest and the 5-month follow-up assessment. The following essay studies the strategies and practices applied by Indonesian domestic workers in Singapore in order to accumulate money. This is done by presenting the background situation, especially regarding female labor migration from Indonesia to other countries, and examining the specific income conditions experienced by domestic workers in Singapore. The particular focus of this essay is on gaining a deeper understanding of how the women act within a restrictive framework, i.e. identifying their legal and illegal strategies for increasing their regular income and their “negative” income strategies and transnational strategies for building up savings.
