Mieux comprendre les consommateurs d'aujourd'hui. Première étape pour les transformer en clients
2020

Cultural design, between craft and industrialization
2019
This article proposes a critical look at the industrialization of cultural venues from the point of view of cultural designers, i.e. mediators and cultural project leaders. The analysis focuses on a network of actors in Burgundy Franche-Comté called Galerie Numérique. This network focuses on the means of sharing new technologies, while partially minimizing the question of the evaluation of mediation devices. It appears that cultural innovation has a communicational dimension, which is minorized from the industrial point of view, and not only of spatio-temporal visibility, information or game. This analysis opens the way to the idea of a thoughtful, integrated and innovative cultural design,…
2013
Against those, and they are legions, who confuse efficiency and frenzy, we propose this vaccine: to enjoy surely, slowly, fully, and without excess the pleasures of the senses. In order to fight against the debasement of "Fast-Food", let's start at the table with "Slow Food" and rediscover the richness and flavours of traditional cuisine ". The tone is set. A few lines from the Slow Food Manifesto 1 and we are now immersed in the terms of a deep and lasting commitment, where the table, the taste, the flavours all rediscover their dignity and all their rights. First of all, the flavour of combat. Principles: defending ("the pleasure of living"), fighting ("against the degradation of fast foo…

The gustatory and spiritual emotion. The wine, the soul and the emotion.
2014
"This building does not resemble any known shape because it is meant to be an evocation of the soul of wine, between the river and the city" 1 This is how the architectural concept of the City of Wine Civilizations in Bordeaux is defined. A place, we are told, where it is a question of "privileging emotion, sensations and dreams", for an opening scheduled for 2016. "An evocation of the soul of wine", that's what it's all about. Obviously, by reference to "the soul of wine", we reach the ultimate point of sensitive perception but also one of the most effective topoi of the discourse on wine. We can only agree on the beauty and depth of the formula. For all that, it is impossible to define th…

2018
2020
The relationship between justice and communication can be conceived as early as antiquity, through rhetoric and the art of eloquence, in the service of law. Any instruction, any judgment, calls for commentary, with the weight of argumentation, if not persuasion. But communication, in its modern conception, refers first of all to information, with functional expectations. In matters of justice, this amounts to promoting clear, useful, effective information. Such as it is, a functionalist approach that is both elementary and pretentious, because far from thinking about communication in its richness and complexity, from the functional to the symbolic. It is not simply a question of justice to …
