Uvođenje novih tehnologija i upravljanje informacijama neprestano pružaju priliku za diferencijaciju unutar uslužnog sektora, a posebice u hotelijerstvu. Napredak informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije (ICT) dao je pozitivan doprinos ugostiteljstvu. Oblikovanje usluga i jačanje lojalnosti klijenata uvelike ovise o dostupnosti podataka o njima. Stoga je svrha ovog istraživanja ispitati primjenu novih tehnologija i upravljanja podacima u hotelijerstvu iz perspektive menadžera i korisnika usluga. Cilj rada je utvrditi postoje li razlike u njihovoj uporabi i percepciji između visokokategoriziranih hotela u Italiji i Hrvatskoj.

Tutkimus sai alkunsa kiinnostuksesta uusia Perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteita kohtaan. Vuonna 2014 hyväksytty POPS asettui erityisesti tieto- ja viestintätekniikan opetuksen osalta vastaamaan perusopetuksessa havaittuihin puutteisiin ja ongelmiin. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää mitä uusia sisältöjä POPS14 tuo tietotekniikan opetukseen sekä kuinka noiden sisältöjen opetus toteutuu koulujen arjessa. Falls and injurious falls affect one third of the older people. Those experiencing a fall might be unable to call for help remaining unattended for a long time. Pain, hypothermia and dehydration are common consequences. Additionally, ensuing fear of falling may reduce physical activity leading to functional decline and possibly institutionalization. Monitoring fall events the CONFIDENCE system could summon emergency assistance automatically thus reducing the negative consequences of falls. El estudio fue realizado por medio de un análisis bibliométrico de la producción científica en la renombrada base de datos Scopus. Fueron evaluados, sin filtro temporal, 35 artículos publicados entre 1993 y 2018, de los cuales se analizó una selección de indicadores de productividad científica, colaboración, consumo e impacto, así como variables estructurales y de contenido.
