Ruina y recuperación del patrimonio artístico español: el legado valenciano

El patrimonio artístico valenciano ha venido sufriendo en las dos últimas centurias (siglos XIX y XX) una considerable pérdida, debido a desamortizaciones, guerras, derribos incontrolados, ventas fraudulentas y expolios. Es la arquitectura monumental la mayormente afectada por esta lacra; así como la desaparición en Valencia de palacios nobles y casas solariegas derribadas, en muchas ocasiones por una equivocada expansión urbanística y la especulación del suelo. Las páginas precedentes son ejemplo de esa desidia y abandono, muchas veces permisivos, y buena muestra de lo que nunca debió ocurrir en tierras valencianas.

This project is based on the perspective of qualitative research and social action, attempting to approach the world of homelessness in times of crisis. This article describes the main results of an ethnographic study on citizen participation carried out in the context of the development of the Urban Initiative (2007-2015): Cuenca-Barrio de San Antón. La tesis doctoral se centra sobre todo en los procesos estratégicos a nivel de la filial exterior. Específicamente, busca comprender la naturaleza de la resistencia corporativa que surge de la acción emprendedora de las filiales, así también se enfoca en las estrategias que utilizan los gerentes de las filiales para sobrepasar dicha resistencia corporativa; ambos temas, son abordados desde el ámbito de los procesos de negociación micro políticos que se generan las EMNs.
