De l’État de droit libéral à l’État de droit social. Critique et transformation de l’État de droit chez Hermann Heller

This article analyzes the genesis and meaning of the concept of a “social rule of law” (sozialer Rechtsstaat) which Heller put forward in the particular context of The Weimar Republic. Heller was at this time one of the jurists who criticized the liberal ideal of law. He instead promoted a social conception that would take socio-economic inequalities into consideration. However, this did not imply eliminating the rule of law; it was rather a question of extending it or elevating it to a higher point – which he called “social democracy” and from 1929, “social rule of law”. In the context of the crisis of democracy, this kind of statement clearly had a political dimension.

We initiate a study of punctured tubular neighborhoods and homotopy theory at infinity in motivic settings. We use the six functors formalism to give an intrinsic definition of the stable motivic homotopy type at infinity of an algebraic variety. Our main computational tools include cdh-descent for normal crossing divisors, Euler classes, Gysin maps, and homotopy purity. Under-adic realization, the motive at infinity recovers a formula for vanishing cycles due to Rapoport-Zink; similar results hold for Steenbrink's limiting Hodge structures and Wildeshaus' boundary motives. BACKGROUND: Since Darwin's pioneering work, evolutionary changes in isolated island populations of vertebrates have continued to provide the strongest evidence for the theory of natural selection. Besides macro-evolutionary changes, micro-evolutionary changes and the relative importance of natural selection vs. genetic drift are under intense investigation. This study followed the development of reading speed, reading accuracy, and spelling in transparent Finnish orthography in children through Grades 2, 3, and 8. We compared 2 groups of children with familial risk for dyslexia—1 group with dyslexia (Dys_FR, n = 35) and 1 group without (NoDys_FR, n = 66) in Grade 2—with a group of children without familial risk for dyslexia (controls, n = 72). The Dys_FR group showed persistent deficiency, especially in reading speed, and, to a minor extent, in reading and spelling accuracy. Tematem artykułu jest problematyka związana z zagadnieniem Fortuny w twórczości Mikołaja Reja. Motyw ten w literaturze i sztuce przybierał rozmaite kształty i konwencje. Fortuna w utworach Reja raz jawiła się jako bogini, kiedy indziej jako demon. Pisarz chętnie też sięgał po konwencję teatru świata, sceny cyrkowej, będącej domeną bogini Circe, turniejów czy pola walki. Jednak źródłem tych wszystkich metafor okazały się złożone relacje łączące plan Opatrzności z porządkiem natury, które dotyczyły uprzywilejowanego miejsca człowieka we wszechświecie.
