Inovacijos yra konkurencingumo pagrindas. Kartu pagrindinis vadovo uždavinys yra savininkų turto maksimizavimas, todėl svarbu tyrinėti inovacijų ir bendrovės vertės santykį. Šio tyrimo tikslas – ištirti inovacijų poveikį organizacijos vertei. Tiriamos Baltijos šalių bendrovės, veikusios 2005–2011 metų laikotarpiu. Tyrimas parodė, kad inovatyvių bendrovių vertė yra didesnė, didesnės ir jos pačios. Nustatyta, kad didesnė bendrovės vertė pasiekiama, jei nematerialių išteklių dalis viršija 1 %. A number of phonetic and phonological changes have lately been observed in most geographical varieties of British English. This phenomenon seems to have been accelerated by increasing social and geographical mobility in the past decades. Based on a corpus mainly consisting of several hours of spontaneous interaction between a number of native NW Yorkshire speakers divided into different age groups, this research identifies and analyses several segmental and suprasegmental innovations observed in apparent time in a set of accents associated with a circumscribed geographical area. Framework Towards a Virtual Tool for the Front-End of Employee-Driven Innovation in Healthcare

This paper combines entrepreneurial behaviour and service innovation in order to investigate the use of the Idea Window; a virtual tool planned for employee-driven service development in a healthcare organisation. The empirical study investigates the tool used as a method for supporting employees' collaborative knowledge sharing in front-end of innovation in two study cases. Particularly, the research findings focus on how the virtual tool can be used for tackling the unknown - tacit knowledge, hidden possibilities, and initiatives in the context. The results are based on Idea Window entries and survey data collected in a Finnish hospital ward.

Digitalization gives micro-enterprises and rural areas new possibilities and it can support their competitiveness. In this paper, we have presented one way of supporting the diffusion and adoption of digital innovations in rural micro-enterprises. First, we examined the challenges and digital competence of the micro-enterprises in the rural areas of Central Finland to better understand what they needed.
