The historical trajectories show that when establishing the core of the parliament institution, the founding fathers copied what the colonial government had been practiced, and maintained during the authoritarian regime in Indonesia, accordingly the Dutch legacy lingered. Nowadays many Italian policy makers, both at a national and regional level, are devoting a growing attention to the phenomenon of patients’ movements seeking public healthcare treatments out of the territorial jurisdiction. The so-called ‘aggrieved inmates’ constitute a very specifi c group of prisoners, who have been downgraded in prison hierarchy. The paper contains the up-to-date research results within a range of relations between downgraded individuals and other inmates. The paper also includes the description of personality traits of aggrieved inmates and those which are assigned to this prison cathegory The purpose of the research is to depict the multidimensional phenomenon of prison degradation which leads to humiliation of low-status individuals’ identity.

This thesis is 1) an discourse analysis of the institution' texts (Algeria, in the eighties) + analysis of the young people in secondary school (part I) ; 2) a semiotic analysis of spaces in Algeria (country, village, secondary school). The results : we showed many contraints in a collective speech, through 2 dominant themas : time, action ; and 2 recessive themas : subject (speaker), mirror. So, education and didactic perspective are useful.

This chapter investigates the institutional and affective practices of domestic violence (DV) interventions in Finnish social work. It examines the expression of social workers’ emotions related to intervening in DV and how these expressions result in the positioning of clients. Encountering and intervening in DV is often challenging; ideological presumptions, conceptions, gender-neutral discussions and misrecognition of violence affect institutional arrangements and practices, and the ways in which professionals feel about and respond to violence. AbstractThis paper offers a new philosophical account of vocations as deeply personal but at the same time also communal and generational forms of multimodal intending. It provides a reconstruction and a systematic development of Edmund Husserl’s scattered discussions on vocations. On these grounds, the paper argues that vocational life is a general human possibility and not determined by any set of material values, religious, epistemic or moral. Rather, vocations are distinguished from other complexes of intentional acts and attitudes by certain structural features of their core valuations and volitions.
