Tämän tutkielman tarkoitus on selvittää, mitkä tekijät vaikeuttavat ja hidastavat opintojen sujuvaa etenemistä Jyväskylän yliopistossa. Tutkimuksen ensisijainen tarkoitus on selvittää syitä, jotka johtavat siihen, ettei osalle läsnä olevaksi ilmoittautuneista opiskelijoista kerry lukuvuoden aikana lainkaan opintoja, mutta se valottaa yleisemminkin opintojen kulkuun vaikuttavia tekijöitä. Selvitystä varten kerättiin kaksi kyselyaineistoa. Modelling the Electromechanical Impedance Method for the Prediction of the Biomechanical Behavior of Dental Implant Stability

Abstract We propose the electromechanical impedance (EMI) technique to assess the stability of dental implants. The technique consists of bonding a piezoelectric transducer to the element to be monitored. Conventionally, electromechanical admittance is used to diagnose structural damage. In this study, we created a 3D finite element model to mimic a transducer bonded to the abutment of a dental implant placed in a host bone site. We simulated the healing after surgery by changing the Young's modulus of the bone-implant interface. The results show that as the Young's modulus of the interface increases, the electromechanical characteristic of the transducer changes.

A large part of the literature on translanguaging as a pedagogical theory has explored how an inclusive multilingual pedagogy can support students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds to actively participate in the classroom. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää sensorisen integraation intervention vaikutuksia lasten toimintaterapiassa, koota ja päivittää tietoa sekä tuoda esille tutkimustulosten kliinistä merkitystä. Tutkimusmenetelmänä käytettiin systemoitua kirjallisuuskatsausta. Tiedonhaku tehtiin sähköisistä tietokannoista Medline, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Cinahl ja PsycINFO ajalta 1996–2008. Lisäksi tehtiin viitehaku valintakriteerit täyttävistä artikkeleista sekä aikaisemmista systemoiduista katsauksista.
