Globalisaation ja kansainvälistymisen myötä korkeakouluopiskelijoiden kansainvälinen liikkuvuus on lisääntynyt huomattavasti. Ulkomailla oleskelu on tarjonnut monille hyvinkin positiivisia kokemuksia, mutta uudessa kulttuurissa eri kielellä toimiminen voi aiheuttaa myös yllättäviä ongelmatilanteita. La telecolaboración entre grupos heterogéneos en la clase de lengua extranjera

[ES] En la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras, numerosos profesores trabajan las competencias lingüísticas y comunicativas por medio de actividades que incluyen las TIC. Entre ellas, se encuentran los proyectos de telecolaboración por Internet, intercambios asincrónicos y sincrónicos, entre grupos de estudiantes pertenecientes a diferentes comunidades lingüísticas distantes geográficamente. Nuestro objetivo ha consistido en comprobar si un proyecto de telecolaboración sincrónico entre grupos heterogéneos de estudiantes, con distintos perfiles y niveles en lengua extranjera, es factible y si contribuye al desarrollo de las competencias comunicativas, intercuturales y tecnológicas.

In the context of intercultural online communication, certain dimensions of ICT we might call “figures sensibles” (Boutaud 2006) can be critically useful to understand co-construction, especially when these dimensions are also constitutive of an educational context. Thus, transparency, performance and conviviality help us interpret what can be called collaborative online interaction. Dispositive memory thrives on these dimensions and completes them. It explains in part the continuity of socially constructed identity of the community in question. It is the community aspect which in our context imposes itself despite cultural differences.

This study analyses the troubled talk occurring in an exchange of business emails between an Italian manufacturing company's general manager, his staff and their Pakistani consultants.
