Two-wave interferences space-time duality: Young slits, Fresnel biprism and Billet bilens

International audience; Taking advantage of the analogy that can be drawn between the spatial and temporal propagations, we explore two-wave temporal interference in textbook cases such as Young's double slits, Fresnel's biprism and Billet's bilens. We illustrate our approach by numerical simulations for short pulses propagating in dispersive optical fibers with parameters typical of those found in modern optical telecommunications.

Interference used to be viewed as a harmful factor in wireless networks, which can reduce the quality of information transmission. To combat against interference, many interference management techniques have emerged. Uztura un fizikālo procedūru ietekme uz asaru kvantitāti un kvalitāti

Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 56 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 30 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 2 pielikumus, 63 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Novērtēt Omega 3 kapsulu lietošanu, pietiekoša ūdens dzeršanas un komprešu lietošanu uz acs asaru plēves veselību. Metode: Pētījumā piedalījās trīsdesmit dalībnieki. Pētījums tika realizēts piecos posmos. Pirmajā posmā tiek izmantotas McMonnies un OSDI sausās acs izvērtēšanas anketas. Few methods are available for comprehensive organophosphate flame retardants (PFRs) detection in water and wastewater. Gas chromatography has been employed previously, but this approach is less selective, not amenable for use with deuterated standards and can suffer unfavorable fragmentation. The article discusses the phenomenon of new media discourse permeating the language of written assignments produced in official school situations. The analysis of pupils’ essays concentrates on the colloquialisms transferred from social media discourse into the lexical layer of school writing. The author has assumed that the analysis will enable identifying educational barriers experienced by the new generation of pupils. The language of the texts under analysis combines the styles of written assignments, informal speech and of socialmedia discourse.
