Wpływ sposobu dawkowania preparatu enzymatycznego na zmiany mikrobiologiczne i przemiany węglowodorów alifatycznych w glebie skażonej węglowodorami

Usuwanie produktów ropopochodnych ze skażonej gleby jest trudnym procesem, wymagającym uwagi oraz stałej kontroli. W pracy podjęto próbę określenia wpływu techniki dawkowania preparatu enzymatycznego na zmiany mikrobiologiczne i przemiany węglowodorów alifatycznych w glebie naturalnie skażonej węglowodorami. Materiał do badań stanowiła gleba naturalnie skażona substancjami ropopochodnymi, w której całkowite stężenie węglowodorów alifatycznych o długości łańcuchów C8-C40 wynosiło 420,1 mg/kg suchej masy. Przeprowadzono doświadczenia wazonowe, dawkując preparat enzymatyczny w odstępach tygodniowych. Kontrolę stanowiła skażona gleba bez dodatku preparatu enzymatycznego. Doniczki inkubowano w t…

Otrās paaudzes biodegviela tiek uzskatīta par perspektīvu risinājumu, nākotnē aizstājot fosilās degvielas. Šajā darbā tiek aplūkota priekšapstrādes un hidrolīzes apstākļu ietekme uz fermentējamu cukuru iegūšanu no lignocelulozes biomasas.

Background: The isokinetic dynamometry is considered a gold standard in muscle strength testing. The reliability of lower limb isokinetic strength measurements has not been thoroughly evaluated. Objective: To examine the test−retest reliability of isokinetic ankle plantar and dorsiflexion, ankle inversion and eversion, knee extension and flexion and hip abduction and adduction strength in physically active adults using Biodex System 4 Pro. Ce rapport de fouille présente les résultats d'un sondage archéologique mené au cœur du site de Nasium, à l'interface entre l'oppidum celtique et l'agglomération antique. Le système de voirie qui relie ces deux , dans le prolongement d'une des portes principales de l'oppidum, a été ainsi révélé, associé à des structures à caractère funéraire ou rituel. La chronologie de ces vestiges, centrée sur les dernières décennies du Ier siècle avant J.-C., correspond à la période durant laquelle l'oppidum est abandonné au profit de la plaine alluviale de l'Ornain. Abstract Objectives Although parental burnout can have detrimental consequences to families, the investigation of the syndrome is still in its infancy. The present study investigated what are the key family background variables that contribute to parental burnout among Finnish parents. Moreover, we investigated how self-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism uniquely and interactively relate to parental burnout over and above the impacts of background variables.
