Background and aims. Hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis with polyneuropathy (ATTRv) is caused by mutations in the TTR gene, leading to misfolded monomers that aggregate generating amyloid fibrils. The clinical phenotype is heterogeneous, characterized by a multisystemic disease affecting the sensorimotor, autonomic functions along with other organs. Patisiran is a small interfering RNA acting as a TTR silencer approved for the treatment of ATTRv. Punctual and detailed instrumental biomarkers are on demand for ATTRv to measure the severity of the disease and monitor progression and response to treatment. Methods. Uvođenje novih tehnologija i upravljanje informacijama neprestano pružaju priliku za diferencijaciju unutar uslužnog sektora, a posebice u hotelijerstvu. Napredak informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije (ICT) dao je pozitivan doprinos ugostiteljstvu. Oblikovanje usluga i jačanje lojalnosti klijenata uvelike ovise o dostupnosti podataka o njima. Stoga je svrha ovog istraživanja ispitati primjenu novih tehnologija i upravljanja podacima u hotelijerstvu iz perspektive menadžera i korisnika usluga. Cilj rada je utvrditi postoje li razlike u njihovoj uporabi i percepciji između visokokategoriziranih hotela u Italiji i Hrvatskoj.

Este artículo presenta, en su contexto, las relativamente escasas alusiones a la música que encontramos en Tirant lo Blanc. Se analiza la presencia constante de la “trompeta” en la obra. Y se comprueba cómo la novela aporta un excelente testimonio sobre la circulación de un ingente repertorio musical que jamás fue escrito y que, en todo caso, fue escrito muy tardíamente o de forma marginal: el específico de los ministriles, fuesen instrumentos altos o bajos, danzas y en general música funcional; e igualmente testimonia un importante repertorio vocal de tradición oral o de carácter efímero.

Little research has been done on the integration of marketing communications in tourism-related sectors. Children's perception of emotion in music : a cross-cultural study

Previous research revealed that Western lullabies and children’s songs are mostly in the major mode, and children demonstrate a positive-major/negative-minor connotation that conforms to the conventional stereotype. The aim in this current study is to analyze the same topic in Finland and Iran where most lullabies are in the minor mode. The overarching question addressed is whether or not cultural background and the music mode, a child tends to be exposed to early in life affects later emotional responses to different music modes.
