La proposta esegetica del presente lavoro si articola su due livelli. Sul primo, l'affitto endofallimentare è visto come strumento di riallocazione del rischio di impresa nell'insolvenza, dai creditori al terzo affittuario, e di ripristino del fisiologico rapporto tra potere gestorio e business risk, tipico dell'impresa in bonis. Sul secondo, l'istituto è inquadrato non come anomalia sistematica, ma come coerente momento di valorizzazione della massa attiva da liquidarsi, in una mutata concezione della fase liquidatoria fallimentare, necessariamente integrante un momento gestionale che, per la res azienda, coincide con la continuazione dell'impresa.

Foreign Market Entry Mode Research: A Review and Research Agenda

ABSTRACTThis article gives a retrospective look at the main determinants of foreign market entry modes and examines the variables and conditions used in empirical studies in this stream of research. We found that there is an “analytical context hazard” in past studies. The findings suggest: first, future research should focus on developing and extending theories with reference to strategy dimension and market/industry environment; second, the interrelationship between the main entry mode determinants should be figured out; third, attention has to be paid to the entry modes of firms from non-developed economies in research.

Efficient resolution of acute cytopathogenic cytomegalovirus infection through innate and adaptive host immune mechanisms is followed by lifelong maintenance of the viral genome in host tissues in a state of replicative latency, which is interrupted by episodes of virus reactivation for transmission. The establishment of latency is the result of aeons of co-evolution of cytomegaloviruses and their respective host species. Abstract Starting from a reference single-layer light-emitting diode based on the blue phosphorescent bis-cyclometallated iridium complex FIrpic as guest, hosted in a PVK (non-conjugated poly(vynilcarbazole)) matrix, different strategies are followed to improve the efficiency of the devices through the combination of solution processed and evaporated layers. Rotationally symmetric p -harmonic maps fromD2toS2

We consider rotationally symmetric p-harmonic maps from the unit disk D2⊂R2 to the unit sphere S2⊂R3, subject to Dirichlet boundary conditions and with 1<p<∞. We show that the associated energy functional admits a unique minimizer which is of class C∞ in the interior and C1 up to the boundary. We also show that there exist infinitely many global solutions to the associated Euler–Lagrange equation and we completely characterize them.
A Domain Imbedding Method with Distributed Lagrange Multipliers for Acoustic Scattering Problems

The numerical computation of acoustic scattering by bounded twodimensional obstacles is considered. A domain imbedding method with Lagrange multipliers is introduced for the solution of the Helmholtz equation with a second-order absorbing boundary condition. Distributed Lagrange multipliers are used to enforce the Dirichlet boundary condition on the scatterer. The saddle-point problem arising from the conforming finite element discretization is iteratively solved by the GMRES method with a block triangular preconditioner. Numerical experiments are performed with a disc and a semi-open cavity as scatterers.
