The current thesis focuses in one of Spain’s most relevant authors: Pedro Dorado Montero. Acting as a bridge between the criminal law conceptions of the 19th and 20th centuries, Dorado Montero offered a very unique, original theory: the ‘Derecho protector de los criminales’ (Protective Law of the Criminals). Towards the end of the 19th century, a clash between the penal neoclassical theories and the new positivist theories took place. As a result, the hegemony of the old school was contested. Pyrolytic behavior of lignocellulosic-based polysaccharides

The thermochemical behavior of cellulose, glucomannan, and xylan was investigated by pyrolysis–gas chromatographymass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). In each case, major GC-amenable condensable products were classified into several compound groups, and the formation of these monomer-related fragments from the model substance samples was determined at 500, 600, and 700 C with a residence time of 5 s and 20 s. The results revealed that despite some general formation trends, no compound group was selectively formed at certain temperatures. W tym zakresie stwierdzono pewną niepełność w aktualnej regulacji, identyfikując ją oraz podając rozwiązanie w postaci propozycji, tj. znowelizowania art. 200 k.k. przez dodanie do niego § 2, który opisywałby to przestępstwo w ramach quasi-typu uprzywilejowanego jako wypadek mniejszej wagi. Ensimmäinen moderni terroristinen itsemurhaisku tapahtui Libanonissa vuonna 1981. Iskua seuranneina vuosikymmeninä itsemurhaiskut ovat levinneet lukuisten eri terroristijärjestöjen käyttöön useille eri maantieteellisille alueille. Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa keskityn itsemurhaiskuihin ja tämän iskutaktiikan leviämiseen eri terroristiryhmien välillä. Tutkimus kartoittaa samalla eri terroristiryhmien välisiä verkostoja. Kuvaan artikkelissa havaintojani islamin roolista neljässä helsinkiläisessä alakoulussa ja pyrin sitomaan ne laajempaan islam-tutkimukseen Suomessa. Esittämäni havainnot perustuvat vuosina 2006–2007 kuudesluokkalaisille tekemääni kielitaitotutkimukseen (ks. Halonen 2007; Halonen & Kokkonen 2008), jonka fokuksessa oli kieli, ei uskonto. La investigación lleva a cabo un análisis crítico de las imágenes o representaciones sociales que sobre la identidad y la alteridad son usadas en los discursos de una parte de la élite educacional ante el fenómeno migratorio peruano en Santiago de Chile. La alteridad queda así expresada en el inmigrante extranjero de origen peruano. This paper focuses on the study of the role of women and its representation in the images of the textbooks of Environmental Knowledge and Social Sciences subjects, specifically in History topics. Textbooks can give us an overview of how women are presented in the historical discourse carried from Primary Education, and through their analysis we can see if it has or not an androcentric bias. Therefrom it’s developed an analysis and a comparison of the data between volumes of both last education laws implemented in Spain (LOE and LOMCE).
