The present work deals with the different survey profiles requested by paragraphs 119 and 120 of Law 205 of 2017 (the so-called Stability Law) which introduce a new type of contract into our legal system: Towing contract in agriculture. The classification of the new contractual case as a mixed agreement is, on the one hand, the point of arrival of the analysis that has observed the single essential elements of the new contract and, on the other, the starting point on which to base the possible solutions needed to fill evident regulatory gaps.

AbstractThis chapter investigates the close relationship between the list form and experimental writing, and the poetic and literary usage of the form in the ideologically countercultural experimental setting of the 1960s. The focus is on Finnish literature of the decade and texts that utilize the culinary forms of recipe and menu, both of which are essentially based on listing. The texts examined, thus, combine two traditions: the history of food listings in literature, and the fondness for the list form in experimental and avant-garde traditions. ABSTRACT Air carries a vast number of bacteria and viruses over great distances all the time. This leads to continuous introduction of foreign genetic material to local, established microbial communities. In this perspective, I ask whether this silent rain may have a slowing effect on the overall evolutionary rates in the microbial biosphere. Arguably, the greater the genetic divergence between gene ‘donors’ and ‘recipients’, the greater the chance that the gene product has a deleterious epistatic interaction with other gene products in its genetic environment. SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF DENDROPOMA CRISTATUM (MOLLUSCA, GASTROPODA) ADULT BIOMASS ON A VERMETID REEF

A spatial characterization of Dendropoma cristatum biomass was carried out on a Vermetid reef in north-western Sicily. Biomass distribution of adult specimens is not homogenous in the different areas of the reef, with an increasing trend from the inner edge to the outer edge, while the central pool supports intermediate values of vermetid biomass. Considering the entire reef area, the cuvette has the highest Dendropoma biomasses of the bioconstruction, even if the highest surface-biomass ratio is found in the outer edege.

Obesity is a health problem of global, epidemic proportions and a major risk factor for chronic diseases resulting in accelerated morbidity and mortality. Dyslipidemia with a predominance of small dense LDL, impaired functionality of HDL particles, and increased serum levels of remnant particles due to impaired clearance of triglyceriderich lipoproteins significantly heightens cardiovascular events in obese subjects. Pharmacotherapy in combination with lifestyle modification is the primary approach to reduce obesity-related cardiovascular risk.
