Vuonna 2016 käyttöön otetuissa perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteissa osa B1-oppimäärän ruotsin kielen opetuksesta siirtyi yläluokilta alaluokille. Toisen kotimaisen kielen, ruotsin, keskipitkän oppimäärän opiskelu aloitetaan nykyisin jo kuudennella vuosiluokalla. Tämän muutoksen osana myös luokanopettajien opetustehtäviin tuli mukaan ruotsin kielen opettaminen. Ruotsin kieltä voi siis opiskelun alkaessa opettaa alaluokilla sekä luokanopettaja että ruotsin kielen aineenopettaja. Myös kielikylpykoulutuksen koulutusohjelman suorittanut opettaja on kelpoinen opettamaan ruotsin kieltä. Analysoin tutkimuksessani Alison Bechdelin omaelämäkerrallista sarjakuvaromaania Fun Home. A Family Tragicomic (2006). Fun Home on omaelämäkerran lisäksi elämäkerta Alisonin isästä, Bruce Bechdelistä. Bruce tekee itsemurhan Alisonin ollessa noin kaksikymmentävuotias ja jättää jälkeensä joukon vastauksettomia kysymyksiä – Fun Homessa Alison pohtii näitä kysymyksiä ja vertailee Brucen elämäntarinaa omaansa. Alison identifioituu lesboksi ja epäilee myös Brucen olleen homoseksuaali. The JAK-STAT pathway is an important physiologic regulator of different cellular functions including proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, and immunological responses. Endothelial transcriptomic changes induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein disclose an up-regulation of Jak-Stat pathway.

Oxidized low density lipoproteins (oxLDLs) act as an etiological factor in the development of atherosclerosis by modifying the biological properties of endothelial cells through mechanisms of vascular inflammation. To deepen the oxLDL changes at cellular level, a transcriptomic analysis of human umbilical artery endothelial cells (HUAECs) treated with oxLDL was performed to identify the modified signaling pathways. Total RNA was isolated from HUAECs treated with oxLDL (100 μg/ml). Gene expression analysis was carried out using Affymetrix oligonucleotide microarrays. Is it all about consumer engagement? : Explaining continuance intention for utilitarian and hedonic service consumption

This paper compares the explanatory power of consumer engagement (CE) regarding service continuance intention with the variables of attitude (utilitarian and hedonic) and satisfaction. Survey data were collected from users of mobile music (n = 596) and mobile parking (n = 297) services. The partial least squares method was applied to analyze the data. In line with expectations, the findings show that attitude and satisfaction are superior drivers of service continuance intention compared to CE when service is used for utilitarian reasons.
