Neatliekamu laparotomiju slēgšanas metožu salīdzinājums

Pētījuma galvenās analizējamās tēmas ir akūtu laparotomiju pacientu brūču slēgšanas metodes un tehnikas un to ietekme uz brūces dzīšanas procesu, agrīnu komplikāciju attīstību. Darba mērķis ir retrospektīvi salīdzināt dažādas brūču slēgšanas metodes pie neatliekamām laparotomijām. Pētījumā tika analizēti 100 pacientu operāciju protokoli un slimības vēstures pēc neatliekamām laparotomijām, operāciju protokoli tiek pielietoti sākot ar 2021.gadu. Tika analizētas brūču slēgšanas metodes, tehnikas un izmantotie materiāli. Tika apkopoti dati par pēc operāciju agrīnām komplikācijām. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Virālo video izmantošana Latvijas reklāmas kampaņās: „Piens Fest”, „Kiwie” un „AirDog” gadījumi”. Pētījuma mērķis - noskaidrot virālo video reklāmu izmantošanas tendences Latvijā un noteikt, kāda ir auditorijas attieksme pret šādiem video. Darbā tika izmantotas kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā pētījumu metodes: aptauja un intervija. Teorētiskajā pamatojumā apskatīta mediju konverģences teorija, jauno mediju, reklāmas kampaņu un partizānu mārketinga teorētiskais raksturojums. Tässä pro gradu -työssä tarkastellaan YAD Youth Against Drugs ry:n luomaa matalan kynnyksen vapaaehtoistyön mallia. Tämän Street Teamiksi nimetyn mallin tavoitteena on, että kuka tahansa missä päin tahansa Suomea pystyisi tekemään huumekriittistä vapaaehtoistyötä juuri silloin kun haluaa ja ehtii. Street Teamissä keskiössä on vertaisvaikuttaminen ja sosiaalisen median hyödyntäminen siinä. Tämä pro gradu on muodoltaan työnäyte. Lähtökohtana on ollut RAY:n rahoittama kolmivuotinen projekti. Projektin tavoitteena on ollut luoda Street Teamistä ehkäisevään huumetyöhön soveltuva malli. Continuous play : leisure engagement in competitive fighting games and taekwondo

In order to better understand the development of play and games in modern lives, this article examines two competitive leisure groups: digital fighting game players and traditional taekwondo practitioners. Drawing on qualitative offline/online interviews (n = 56) and close reading of externally documented life narratives (n = 14), we explore how the modes and motives of engagement fluctuate in competitive players over time. The study provides a new developmental approach to continuous competitive play as leisure. The human brain can automatically detect auditory changes, as indexed by the mismatch negativity of event-related potentials. The mechanisms that underlie this response are poorly understood. We recorded primary auditory cortical and hippocampal (dentate gyrus, CA1) local-field potentials to serial tones in urethane-anesthetized rats. In an oddball condition, a rare (deviant) tone (p = 0.11) randomly replaced a repeated (standard) tone. The deviant tone was either lower (2200, 2700, 3200, 3700 Hz) or higher (4300, 4800, 5300, 5800 Hz) in frequency than the standard tone (4000 Hz).
