Bakalaura darbā analizēts dzimumu attiecību attēlojums, androgēnos tēlu nozīme un dzimuma loma maiņas Ernesta Hemingveja romānā “Ēdenes dārzs”. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to supply indications that may be useful in the process of development of new products that fully exploit the value potential of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in the automotive industry. To this aim, the authors investigate how applications of the IoT to smart vehicles are perceived by consumers and describe different ways to increase their satisfaction. ABSTRACT Pseudomonas mediterranea strain CFBP 5447 T is a phytopathogenic bacterium isolated from tomato plants affected by pith necrosis disease. Moreover, its ability to produce medium-chain-length polyhydroxyalkanoates (mcl-PHAs) in culture from different carbon sources and valuable microbial products, such as cyclic lipopeptides, has been well documented. Here, we report the first draft genome sequence of this species.

Identification of bound alcohols in soil humic acids by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

International audience; Humic acids are complex, partly macromolecular, yellow-brownish substances occurring in soils, waters and sediments. In order to shed some light on their molecular structure, crop humic acids were cleaved by alkaline hydrolysis (KOH). The products were fractionated by thin layer chromatography to give mono-alcohols which were analysed as acetate derivatives by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. Linear alcohols, sterols, stanols and plant-derived triterpenoid alcohols were identified by co-injection of pure standards and by comparison with literature data. This article describes a blended learning study module that was carried out in class teachers’ adult education. The goal of the planning of this module was to create a learning environment that would give a student an optimal learning experience in versatile, authentic, e-learning environments.
