Masteroppgave i kunstfag – Universitetet i Agder 2013 This dissertation focuses on relational elements in the photographic portrait, asking how contemporaneity in the form of the relational may be reflected in the photographic portrait today, in 2013. The question is approached phenomenologically and hermeneutically, by probing the topography between art and photography theory, the work of other artists and the author’s personal artistic practice. Central theorists are Roland Barthes, Jacques Rancière and curator Nicolas Bourriaud, and referred artists are Roni Horn, Rineke Dijkstra and Nelli Palomäki. Masteroppgave kunstfag- Universitetet i Agder, 2015 Denne masteroppgaven tar for seg samspillet mellom lek og formidling med utgangspunkt i BARNAS Kunstmuseum på Sørlandets Kunstmuseum. I oppgaven undersøkes og drøftes ulike former for museumsformidling, og hvorvidt lek kan fremstå som en egen formidingsstrategi. Intensjonen er å kunne belyse formidlingsstrategier rettet mot barn, og synliggjøre de muligheter som dette kan medbringe. Tilnærmingen til denne undersøkelsen består av to deler: Jeg har tatt for meg tre forstudier for å bli kjent med feltet. Master's thesis Fine Arts KF500 - University of Agder 2018 Drodling omtales for det mestesom en ubevisst tegning man lager mens man er opptatt mednoe annet.Internasjonal forskning har fokusert på drodlingens innvirkning på hukommelse og konsentrasjon og viser atdrodlere husker bedre enn ikke-drodlere (Andrade, Tadayon & Afhami). I mine undersøkelser, som er utført ved tre skoler på Sørlandet, kommer det frem at mer enn halvparten avelevenefra 5. til 10.klasse drodler i skoletimene, uten at konsentrasjonen nødvendigvis øker. Abstract Untargeted lipidomics is a powerful tool to discover new biomarkers and to understand the physiology and pathology of lipids. The use of stable isotopes as tracers to investigate the kinetics of lipids is another tool able to supply dynamic information on lipid synthesis and catabolism. Coupling the two methodology is then very appealing in the study of lipid metabolism. The main issue to face is to perform thousands of calculations in order to obtain kinetic parameters starting from the MS raw data. Abstract Starting from a Human Capital Analysis Model, this work introduces an original methodology for evaluating the performance of employees. The proposed architecture, particularly well suited to the special needs of knowledge-based organizations, is articulated into a framework able to manage cases where data is missing and an adaptive scoring algorithm takes into account seniority, performance, and performance evolution trends, allowing employee evaluation over longer periods.
