The catalytic activity of some classes of natural RNA, named as ribozymes, has been discovered just in the past decades. Sulfate deposition in subsurface regolith in Gusev crater, Mars

Excavating into the shallow Martian subsurface has the potential to expose stratigraphic layers and mature regolith, which may hold a record of more ancient aqueous interactions than those expected under current Martian surface conditions. During the Spirit rover's exploration of Gusev crater, rover wheels were used to dig three trenches into the subsurface regolith down to 6-11 cm depth: Road Cut, the Big Hole, and The Boroughs. A high oxidation state of Fe and high concentrations of Mg, S, Cl, and Br were found in the subsurface regolith within the two trenches on the plains, between the Bonneville crater and the foot of Columbia Hills. In the past decade, L-Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) has become an extremely useful marker in both clinical diagnosis and in monitoring the course of many human diseases. It has been assumed since the 1980s that the full catalytic process of LDH starts with the binding of the cofactor and the substrate followed by the enclosure of the active site by a mobile loop of the protein before the reaction takes place. Tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää, miten musiikkiluokanopettajat kokevat musiikkiesitysten valmistamisen osana musiikkikasvatusta ja koulun arkea. Pohjana on tutkimukset, joiden mukaan musiikkiesitykset ilmentävät koulun arvoja ja sosiaalisia suhteita sekä tutkimukset, joiden mukaan musiikkiluokkalaisuus korreloi yhteisöllisyyden kokemiseen koulussa. Keskeisenä tavoitteena tutkimuksellani on tuoda kasvattajille tietoa musiikkiesitysten kasvatuksellisista mahdollisuuksista. Recent studies have shown that anxiety can induce changes in non-verbal behaviours, and that non-verbal behaviours could affect perception and production of a musical performance. However, it remains unclear how effectively cues associated with MPA are perceived via different modalities (audiovisual, audio-only & video-only).
