The aim of the article is to describe a new study programme at the University of Opole, Czech language in the public services sector. Necessity to create non-philological programme is explained, as there are huge changes on the labour market and different expectations of future employers. Changes in the programme were enforced also by a new generation, so called Generation Z that has new characteristics. That lead the teachers to change their previous identities and habits.

Tässä tutkielmassa analysoidaan kasvuyritysten sekä tieto- ja viestintäteknologian (ICT) kontribuutioita työpaikkojen luomiseen ja työn tuottavuuteen. Suomen talouden kehitys on ollut heikkoa viimeisen vuosikymmenen ajan globaalista finanssikriisistä johtuen. Työttömyys on noussut korkealle tasolle ja työn tuottavuuden kasvu hidastunut, ja lopulta pysähtynyt. Lisäksi on keskusteltu siitä, syntyykö Suomeen uusia työpaikkoja. This study aims to review the literature concerning collaborative leadership in the context of institutions of higher education. The study covers empirical research from 2000 to 2021, providing insights into how collaborative leadership in this context is understood. Material for the study consists of 20 articles, which are analysed using qualitative content analysis. L’obiettivo della ricerca è stato sperimentare una metodologia formativa con l‘utilizzo della flipped. L’intervento formativo ha permesso ai 236 studenti coinvolti di potenziare le quattro soft skills (creatività, capacità critica, comunicazione, collaborazione). L’intervento sperimentale è stato realizzato con un piano quasi sperimentale a gruppo unico, accostando metodi quantitativi e qualitativi. The purpose of this study was to develop and test an empirical model of social and health care educators' competence in higher and professional education.
