Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Administratīvā procesa likuma 59.panta pirmās daļas otrajā teikumā noteiktā iestādes pienākuma dot norādījumus un ieteikumus administratīvā procesa dalībniekiem saturu un robežas, izpēti balstot tiesu prakses analīzē. Šajā pētījumā iestādes pienākums dot norādījumus un ieteikumus tiek raksturots kā iestādes instruments, ar kura palīdzību iegūt visu objektīva, taisnīga un tiesiska lēmuma pieņemšanai nepieciešamo informāciju un nodrošināt, ka konkrētā lieta tiek izskatīta efektīvi. Vienlaikus, balstoties tiesu prakses analīzē, tiek iegūti detalizētāki secinājumi par šī pienākuma subjektiem, īstenošanas stadiju, norādījumu un ieteikumu saturu un sekām.

ētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt saistības starp ievainojamo un grandiozo narcismu, agrīnām neadaptīvajām shēmām un bērnībā gūto labvēlīgo un nelabvēlīgo pieredzi. Pētījumā piedalījās 138 respondenti vecumā no 18 līdz 64 gadiem (M = 37,22; SD = 9,58). No tiem 122 respondenti jeb 88,41 % bija sievietes un 16 respondenti jeb 11,59% vīrieši. Izmantotās metodes - Janga shēmu aptaujas īsā forma, Hipersensitīvā narcisma skala, Narcistiskās personības aptauja – 13, Bērnībā gūtās nelabvēlīgās pieredzes skala, Bērnībā gūtās labvēlīgās pieredzes skala, Vecāku pārvērtējuma skala. Restoration of digital visual media acquired from repositories of historical photographic and cinematographic material is of key importance for the preservation, study and transmission of the legacy of past cultures to the coming generations. In this paper, a fully automatic approach to the digital restoration of historical stereo photographs is proposed, referred to as Stacked Median Restoration plus (SMR+). The approach exploits the content redundancy in stereo pairs for detecting and fixing scratches, dust, dirt spots and many other defects in the original images, as well as improving contrast and illumination. Multi-modal Image Registration Using Fuzzy Kernel Regression

This paper presents a study aimed to the realization of a novel multiresolution registration framework. The transformation function is computed iteratively as a composition of local deformations determined by the maximization of mutual information. At each iteration, local transformations are joint together using fuzzy kernel regression. This technique represents the core of the mothod and it's formally described from a probabilistic perspective. Thymus capitatus is a compact woody shrub, endemic to the Mediterranean region, with attractive pink flowers. Although conventional vegetative propagation of T. capitatus is currently used, micropropagation could be effective for rapid mass propagation of selected clones and would preserve wild plants. Shoot tips of T. capitatus cultured on a gelled MS medium, supplemented with 0.4 mg l-1 2-iP, were used as primary explants to establish in vitro culture. Axillary shoots produced on uncontaminated explants were excised and subcultured to increase the stock of shoot cultures.
