The severity of teachers’ emotional labour and burnout has become more significant recently; however, only a limited number of researches have examined the relationship between emotional requirements and burnout of teachers. This study aims (1) to investigate the level of emotional labour, emotional consonance, and burnout among South Korean middle school teachers, and (2) to explore the relationship of burnout with emotional labour and emotional consonance. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przybliżenie specyfiki luterańskiego podejścia do pracy człowieka, gdzie najczęściej jest ona traktowana jako powołanie. Tekst ten składa się z trzech zasadniczych punktów, w których: po pierwsze, przypomniano poglądy samego Ojca Reformacji na temat istoty etyki; po drugie, przybliżono refleksje Lutra odnośnie do pracy i ludzkiej pracowitości; po trzecie zaś, omówiono współczesne odniesienia dotyczące luterańskiego etosu pracy. Sin embargo, su herencia en este ámbito sociológico ha dado lugar a interpretaciones muy polarizadas. In this paper we study the impact of the fiscal policy on the economic growth for European Union, for the period 2000-2009. This subject represents a very debated problem in the economic literature. Our findings shows that, from the analysis of correlation between economic growth rate and total rate of taxation, there is generally an inverse relationship, meaning that an increase in the tax rate adversely affects economic growth. Tax Reforms and Labour-market Performance: An Evaluation for Spain using REMS

This paper uses REMS, a Rational Expectations Model of the Spanish economy designed by Boscá et al (2007), to analyse the effects of lowering the overall tax wedge to the level prevailing in the US. Our results partially confirm previous findings in the literature: a reduction in the overall tax wedge of 19.5 points, in order to reach the US levels, has a positive effect in the long run, increasing total hours by about 7 per cent and GDP by about 8 percentage points. In terms of GDP per adult, these results account for 1/4 of the gap with respect to the US, but imply a reduction of only one percentage point in the labour productivity gap. The aim of the article is to describe a new study programme at the University of Opole, Czech language in the public services sector. Necessity to create non-philological programme is explained, as there are huge changes on the labour market and different expectations of future employers. Changes in the programme were enforced also by a new generation, so called Generation Z that has new characteristics. That lead the teachers to change their previous identities and habits.
